The cashier that was there on May 28th 2023 at around 8:00 pm is awful. I was passing through on my way home from a 13 hour shift at a hospital in Orange County (a long way from my home in Escondido) and I was wiped out, I needed gas, I needed to pee, and my tire pressure light came on. I pulled in and started pumping my gas and then went inside to use the restroom, the cashier told me that it was out of order, okay fine. I went and finished pumping my gas, moved my car to the air pump, and went back inside to ask her to turn on the air. As I was walking into the store I saw a lady leaving the bathroom with the bathroom key on a stick and hand it back to the lady who told me it was out of order. Whatever. I didn’t say anything about it, I just asked her to please turn on the air. She rudely said she would and so I left and waited outside for her to turn it on. She never turned it on (shocker). I ended up just paying the $2.00 for the air even though I was a paying customer because I was exhausted and unsure of why this lady hated me so much. Anyways, give your money to somewhere else if possible because this place hires terrible staff :)

Super friendly morning staff.They have two self checkout lines as well. Easy in and out.

Thursday night I went to buy tums & water at this gas station and the 2 girls were so rude! Zero customer service skills & empty inside as two young Hispanic workers at 76. I’m sure if I was a good looking guy, they would all of a sudden remember customer service & decency. Please do not go to this 76 gas station.

Probably the worst gas station I’ve been to. It’s hard to get in and out of, the pumps are broken half the time (last time I went 2/4 did not work), if you do get a working pump it’s super slow, and there are always day laborers hanging around. I have no problem with them, but it makes it even harder to navigate around the parking lot when there’s ten guys in an already too small area.
Avoid at all costs.

The service was not kid friendly, they made no effort to embrace the St.Patricks for the kids. Our waitress was very rude and rushed us her name was Zoray she works at Oceanside/college location. She also had to be asked for booster chair twice then brought a high chair that our son was over the weight limit.

The management of this location is abhorrent. Smoke alarm beeping for months. Tonight with the manager was one of my worst experiences in knowledge and courtesy of customer service. As a manager of customer service. DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING!
