As a female going to by parts for your car can be very difficult. I had a wonderful knowledgeable man by the name of Rich Fomest who was patient as I tried to explain what I wanted and bring in papers etc. Most would have gotten frustrated and all but walked away.? I hope I spelled his name correctly. Thank you Mr.Rich

Needed new battery for my key fob, had no idea how open the fob. Jeff took fob apart and replaced battery for me!

Super friendly, the two gentlemen working had me in and out quickly and even let me borrow a socket when they didn’t have one in stock! Much better experience than I had at the pep boys next door.

I came to the store on a Saturday at 4:30 pm and was not allowed to return a part because there was no manager on duty to authorize the return of a $26 item. Rene, the clerk on duty, was very helpful, but absolutely powerless to solve the problem. I am curious as to why the store had no manager on duty on a Saturday, one of the busiest days for auto parts stores. Alas, I’ll spend another $3 in fuel to come back another day, and I will be calling ahead next time.

Great service provided by Advanced Auto staff Isreal, David and Travis. Ordered my hard to find battery late evening, got it next morning, drove over and the guys replaced it for me while I waited. They save the day!!!

I needed a new air intake hose for my registration renewal/smog. Called around; got different prices- higher than I *wanted* to pay, and said stores had to.order it in. So, I called Advance and Rich answered. I repeated the same schpeal and he was more than happy to help me. He looked it up and their price was cheaper than the other shops and low and behold, they had one in stock. But hey, Rich, not one to assume (I assume), politely asked me to hold to double check if it was there. It was (!) there and I could pick it up before they closed. Life happened and I was running later than I thought so I called Rich back and asked if I could grab it first thing the next morning. "Fa sho", said Rich. Just kidding, he held it for me though. Awesome dude. Next morning when the roosters were crowing, Bill was there in good spirits ready to help and found the part saved for me with no problem. Then ???????????????????? I signed up for their rewards program and saved $10. So, long story short, I recommend them!
