Customer service in grocery dept. is poor. No acknowledgments or greetings. Poor training was not an enjoyable shopping experience.

Albertsons cakes, be cautious when I’m communication with the bakery guy. Rude customer service. My wife went in & wanted a sheet cake for a graduation. She had her eye on one & asked the bakery guy to to write Congratulations and a name with frosting. He kept looking at his wrist watch and saying I don’t have time, sorry I can’t help you. So she settled for a red trim round cake & came back to the car upset. I was in the car with my youngest son & I saw that and went inside myself to return it to get the one she originally wanted with the writing. The writing looked like a 3 year old did it and I noticed that once it was paid for. My wife went back in and returned it to take our business elsewhere. Upon talking with the manager infront of the bakery guy, some customer asked him “ do you guys still have the chips in blue that’s usually by here”, he plain and simply said, I can’t help you, I’m off the clock. People with this attitude and lack of customer service experience don’t need to be working in customer service.

This is regarding the deli. The deli manager will look right at you and walk away rather than help you. There could be a line of people or no one at all. He literally walks around and straightens displays of pita chips while customers wait. If he does cut meat or cheese, he certainly doesn’t like to be told what thickness you want your items. He does it as he sees fit. I hate going here but sometimes I have to because I need other things that are on sale. Upper management should remind him that he’s in a customer service position…

Worst place to go get your groceries they literally have two cashiers to help 30 people. The lines were down both isles, and the manager was not helping out. Her name was Amanda.. When I finally got Amanda to come out, she came out and gave me a bunch of attitude and was very disrespectful ..

A standard grocery store, not usually very busy, and not offering self service checkout -- which is good and bad! I like that I recognize the checkers, and the lines are not usually long. They don't carry everything I need, but the butcher guys are super nice and helpful. Just a compliment on the flowers --- one or three times in ten, their $5 Friday bouquets are worth the trip. There have been a few bouquets that lasted over two weeks... totally random, but worth noting. Can't seem to add a photo, but lilies and roses were exquisite.
