Not going here again. This location has the rudest attendants ever!!! walking in through front doors, I had to side step one of the cahiers standing directly in front of both entry doors. Not only in the way but also blowing monster vape clouds that I had to walk through. Said something to other cashier that I think she should got side of building or away from front door...his reply, " I'm not her superior, and the boss does the same thing so......I'm not telling her anything. terrible management !!!

I’m having a hard time with an old guy. He work at the Nightshift always close the door, although the sign says 11 PM, but I came after that and he is inside the store, closing the door seeing the customer waiting for him outside and he keep ignoring him.

If I could rate one star I would. Business was not open when advertised as open. Drove out of my way to get e eighty five flex fuel Only to become hopelessly stranded because Their location had decided to close early. Why and god's name is A gas station closed early on halloween weekend saturday. You will and have lost my business.

CAR WASH NEEDS MAINTENANCEAs of 10/2/23The tri-foam nozzle was clogged and barely got any soap on the car. Only 1 shine cycle as opposed to the 2 cycles you normally get for the top tier purchase.Dry cycle was very short as well, 50 seconds only. Usually get 90 seconds from Shells.

LOOK OUT LADIES! Would not recommend this shell!! This place is not 24/7 because the employee with the red car locks the doors while he is working and if you can get his attention after waiting for 15 minutes while he's sleeping or touching himself in the back then he will be rude and proceed to lock you in the gas station while your inside then come and unlock you out... my girlfriend won't come here if he is working because she doesn't feel safe. I also watched 4 people try to enter and turn away because he has locked the doors. Definitely not a good employee for the company if you want business at night.

Multiple ppl had our Debit info skimmed don’t come here the cashiers have been known to straight up steal money from customers. They charged me 12.95 for two packs of cigs each. Marborllo special sel. Are $8 at EVERY OTHER gas station and when u buy two they take another $2 off usually comes to $16. Something for two packs where do you get off charging ppl almost 13$ each. Went back to return it but of course come back when a manager is here of course NO THANK YOU THIS IS SANCTIONED ROBBERY

Beyond horrible customer service, my husband and I ran out of gas by the train tracks and didn't have a gas can nor did the shell have one to sell so I gave him a milk jug to fill up for a gallon of gas and the lady threaten to call the police if we didn't leave. instead of being humanly and try to help she was mad we needed help.

Bathroom is beyond discussing, no paper towels either. Not sure what else to say, it's a gas station and has gas. Expected more from a Shell station

If I could give them 0 stars I would... blonde girl that works at 7 am rude as hell!! If you don't want to work don't work! Simple as that. I ask for a bag she's mad , I ask for a receipt she's mad... I grab my bag and she gives me my receipt without a word and a dirty face and walks to the back..
