Switched from Verizon to ATT and it’s been nothing but terrible service since switching to ATT would not recommend!!!
Customer service is terrible and the online and stores don’t communicate!
We were promised pricing online and were charged 7 activation charges that the online agent told would be free?
Tried multiple times to resolve and they don’t care!!!

Hesitantly came in to add phone line and was prepared for lackluster service. What a surprise to find excellent AT&T Gurus who actually know what they were doing and went above and beyond in assisting me with my quest. Both Anthony and Garrett were courteous and expedient. They patiently answered every question I asked and re-asked. I couldn’t have had a better experience. ☺️?????

Went in to the Oceanside store and was greeted by Anthony who helped us get a new phone for mom. He was courteous, efficient and helped us with all our needs and we were on our way! We found this location after leaving Costco and realizing we should always go straight to an At & t store. Thank you Anthony !!!!

0 stars. I had a customer service NIGHTMARE thanks to two of the shadiest human beings, ELOISA & LEONARD. English is my 3rd language so we had a conversation in Spanish and Eloisa explained to me that by signing up for 2 additional lines, I could get it for the price of 1-then glossed over my questions saying yes to everything and handing over an inconherent contract. My wife reviewed it and when she saw a notice for a $250+ bill in the mail within a week so we went back to get an explanation of the contract. We went to the Encinitas store and were told it didn't make sense and they couldn't even find a breakdown of what had happened. They tried to help us resolve it since Eloisa was completely dishonest and misleading. We went back to return the phones/cancel the lines at Oceanside immediately after-first to be treated by the most unprofessional store of reps i've ever encountered. Eloisa walked away, another employee went to "check the back" came back wreaking of weed and had forgotten we were waiting for him to bring out the Manager, Leonard. Went back the next day and canceled the lines and paid a restocking fee. Leonard apologized for Eloisa's error. Less than 2 weeks later I was charged $THREE HUNDRED $ for my phone bill. TO this day, i've been promised over 5 times that it is being fixed, having to call repeatedly. They still cant provide an explanation of the charges or proof of the line cancelation. So basically go to AT&T, enjoy the circus and then they'll charge you WHATEVER THEY WANT and will take no responsibility over it. It's a JOKE and Leonard is a despicable manager.

My experience at the AT&T store was utterly disgraceful and filled with deception from start to finish.My husband was blatantly lied to by Eloisa who is a degenerate of a human being, taking advantage of a non-English speaker to make a sale lying about costs and putting together a shady contract with no breakdown of charges. We went back into the store where we had the most HORRENDOUS experience of my life. Employees literally walked away from us, 1 having left to go smoke weed in the back room avoiding a conversation as we were told Leonard, the manager was gone for the day. Once we thought we got the lines sorted out, less than 2 weeks later he was charged THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS for 1 phone line because they neglected to make the right adjustments in their system which to this day they can't tell us what his contract is or what the charges are for! Leonard, who politely avoided confrontation promised it would get fixed and a phone call back 5 times (Yes, at this point we are literally at the mercy of these scummy store reps to not be charged hundreds of dollars again). This level of dishonesty and disregard for customer satisfaction is beyond appalling. AT&T should be ashamed to treat their customers in such a deceitful and dismissive way. I strongly advise others to avoid this store and reconsider their choice of service provider altogether. I remember when AT&T was the gold standard and now they are a joke of a company based on this experience. Will be advising this to everyone in my community.
