I came in today and Tyler was a HUGE help! I came in with a cracked screen and he reminded me I have insurance on my phone and got it "upgraded" to a Galaxy S20 from a S9+. It saved me from having to buy a brand new phone, which I appreciate GREATLY! He actually helped my mom upgrade her old phone last year and he gave us great service then. I'm glad people like him still exist in the work force - good, honest people. Thank you Tyler!

I’ve been an ATT customer for almost 10 years and each encounter with a service rep is professional and good. Today however, my visit to the ATT on Old Grove Rd. in Oceanside was phenomenal. Tyler, a ATT customer service rep was able to efficiently and professionally handle my inquiries and issues with my phone and plan. Tyler provided multiple courses of action with a broken down explanation on how each one can affect me, with the pros and cons. Tyler talked me through what he was doing, showing me my account as he made changes and adjusted plans. His ability to communicate and display interpersonal skills enabled me to feel at ease during my visit.

The 2 Gentlemen working @ around 12:30 P.M. are absolutely
the most knowledgeable Phone Tech's I have ever dealt with. Extremely polite, Super helpful. Entered the store with a Samsung
A30 prepaid, that I had bought last year. I accidently had placed the SIM card in a Blue phone SIM card (Plastic SIM card installment device). The A30 ( if you went to About Phone in the settings) and selected SIM card Status. All the fields had no data. The guys figured out that the plastic SIM holder was to short and did not slide in enough to read the SIM.
Excellent troubleshooting. I am an E.T. by career and appreciated
their Fortitude.

They were very knowledgeable and they went above and beyond. I highly recommend to give them a nice bonus as every store I went to they couldn't help me and they never bother to see the problem, these guys on old Grove @ at&t are the best. Thank you!?

This location has bad customer service and representatives can’t conduct a basic phone unlock and all they know how to do is reference 611 for all inquiries, I can do that. Waste of my time going to this location! Been with AT&T for close 15 yrs, customer service has really down grade over the years probably time for me to switch providers.

Robert is really quite great to work with. This was my second experience in 2 months with him and both instances were truly enjoyable. He is a professional, he knows the business and was able to answer all my questions to help guide me towards the best solution for my needs.I also truly appreciated how he handled juggling multiple customers during a busy time on his own. He is definitely one of the best service professionals I've seen in the last few years.
