“Excellent AAA Service from Marcus and Roberto!
I had a great experience with AAA and wanted to recognize two technicians who went above and beyond to help me.
On Sunday afternoon, my car wouldn’t start, so I called AAA for help. Marcus came out and jumped my battery. He was very patient, friendly, and took the time to explain how bad my battery was and what my options were. Unfortunately, about an hour later, my car wouldn’t start again.
The next morning, I had to get my kids to school for their first day and then go to work, so a friend helped me jump the car. After dropping my kids off and driving to work, I turned the car off—and once again, it wouldn’t start. I knew it was time for a new battery, so I called AAA again.
Roberto came to my workplace and was also incredibly helpful and professional. He explained what was wrong, went over the battery options and pricing with me, and helped me get a new battery.
I’m very grateful for both Marcus and Roberto. They were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional customer service during a stressful situation. Thank you both for making a difficult situation much easier! AAA is lucky to have employees like them.”
