Jeremy P is a real life angel I walked in to the store in tears because o'reillys wouldn't help us and were so rude to us and with no hesitation at all Jeremy helped us with everything and his good vibes and great service made our awful road trip day way better. Autozone is my go to for life now I will drive any extra miles to give autozone my money. Thanks Jeremy so much!!!!

This has to be the worst customer service I have experienced over the last few years. Stephanie was extremely condescending when I simply asked where something was in the store. When I mentioned how rude it was I was told that nobody cares. I spoke to a few of my neighbors who told me to just go to Walmart or O'Reillys. They all said they refuse to go to this store because of how bad the customer service is. Not sure how they are still in business.

Went to auto zone to replace my battery because my was dead and corroded. Jessica with the tattoos really helped me out. She recommended great products that will help prevent my battery from corroding in the future. Thanks Jessica!

This Store is located in a perfect place for repairs. I have been in the store before and the cashier was so nice, he was so helpful with the installation of the accessories for my windshield. Thanks for the customer service!

When u get there ask for Jessica with the tattoos, best service I've ever gotten. She helped me on choosing the right lights and guide me on how to put it on! Sooo helpful!

Very impressed with this AutoZone store. First, they had the car battery we needed that nobody else seemed to carry (2020 Toyota Corolla). AAA doesn’t even stock them, likely because the 2020 Toyota-brand batteries are lousy; we replaced two in under 4 yrs, and they’re supposed to have an 84-month warranty!). AutoZone had a different brand, luckily. They let us borrow their a customer toolkit and gave us a cleaning kit for the terminals with an anti-corrosion pad to install to prevent it in the future. They also gave us $18 for our old battery. Ricardo was very helpful.

Came into the store for a fuse issue. Mr. Eladio was such a great help in helping me troubleshoot the fuse issue and directed me to the right path to repairing it. Thank you again, Mr. Eladio for the great customer service.

I called in to see if they were able to assist on a repair for my car. I saw a shop next to them and assumed they worked with them. I asked for a quote on a leak repair over the phone. Stephanie said "idk we're not a body shop we just sell things." I apologized and not even half way into my "I'm so..." I hear the phone hang up on me. Wtf is wrong with you. Can't even wait for an apology you need to hang up on people. Stephanie needs to be fired at a minimum written up. Never going to this location. I live two minutes away and well drive the extra miles to avoid this place. Even with a broken down engine.

I went into this AutoZone store today to buy a quart of motor oil because I thought my oil level might be low, I'm not a mechanic and I need help from time to time with things like this. When I arrived in their parking lot there were a lot of cars and they looked busy I thought again that there was no way they would have the time to help me. So, I took the chance and I got in line and was called to the register for service. I told Ricardo who was polite and professional what I needed help with and he immediately asked a staff member to help me who went outside and checked my truck oil level and got the oil I needed. I didn't get his name, but he was a little older had a long beard, and medium build and I want to say thank you for doing that for me. I was serviced by Manny for the oil purchased who also was polite and professional. I went outside to my truck to put the oil in it and Stephanie and Jessica were outside helping another customer change her windshield wiper I asked them to check to see if I was doing it correctly and they confirmed that I was... the little things are big things to me and it matters when your traveling and away from the people that usually help you with such things. I want to say THANK YOU for the EXCELLENT customer service. You guys rock!!!
