I was so impressed with the customer service provided today at Auto zone on Cannon in Oceanside. Jay helped me replace my battery quickly and with so much professionalism. I will definitely come here first next time there's an issue.

The redemption story of AutoZone:
I have avoided AutoZone up until this last December due to multiple issues with their database recommending parts that aren’t compatible for said-vehicle. However, between the Santee location and this location, I have gone here most of the time.
Brian and others are wonderful associates! They didn’t charge me a rental fee to use the tools needed to replace my batteries(all the cars I own are ineligible for free replacement either due to battery location or parts connected).
Another pet peeve of mine is when companies don’t honor their corporate price-matching policy, but AutoZone did for multiple parts, including even their own. (AutoZone doesn’t let you redeem coupons for in-store pick-up. I’m not sure why as they’re the only parts store to not offer that feature, but the in-store employees will match the discounted price from online which I appreciate.)
Overall, thank you, Brian and to the other employees from this location as well as other locations that earned my business back.

I had my battery replaced today and I was very pleased with the service I got. Nayelio was very helpful and she knows her stuff really well. She gave me battery options to choose from and gave me recommendations. She installed the battery herself effortlessly went out of her way to clean the mess from my previous battery. She did an amazing job. I was very impressed and satisfied with all my experience.

Ana and Kraig were so helpful! Ana was by herself all morning and was able to multi-task and was extremely kind and helpful while being efficient. Kraig clocked in early so that he could help change my battery. 2 great employees! Thank you

Came in during a break in the rain to have my battery tested. It was fried and the connectors were worn as well. Since my previous battery was still under warranty, I only had to pay for the metal connector pieces and the anti corrosion felt pieces for a total of $13. Trevor was efficient, knowledgeable, and nice. He even came out and helped us with the battery removal (a bit tricky) and ended up replacing the new battery, finishing the job for us. Anyone in the Vista area, I highly recommend going to the store on Melrose for parts and amazing customer service!

Super cool guys highly recommend this location went in here for a lightbulb and a battery for my key fob.Brian was super helpful and installed my battery in the key fob very quickly. Jameson also help me find the correct parts that I needed for headlight.

I been a long time AutoZone customer good parts fair prices but the main reason I stayed a loyal customer is because the people that work there are great and friendly,This particular AutoZone it was my first time coming in here I’m originally from Riverside I recently order a part for my Daughters car unfortunately when I picked it up it was the wrong part but not to worry Kraig was so helpful to resolved my problem he went far and and beyond to help me get the Right part for the vehicle. Kraig listen to what I needed and took action,This will be My new store that I will be coming to get what I need for all my vehicles. Thanks again 5 star Customer Service!!!
