I hate to leave a negative review but I hope someone sees this so they avoid this bank and the many problems I’ve encountered. I’ve attended this bank 3 times total. The first time I used the outdoor atm and my card info was somehow stolen and over $3,000 was stolen from my account. The second time was fine but I waited 20 minutes. The third time I tried to close my account and waited 30 minutes to speak to a teller just to be told I couldn’t get out of all of money. A woman named Gloria was the teller and was not helpful, pleasant or professional. I don’t understand why this bank is huge but has so few workers and no security. There’s trash in the lobby and people sleeping. If your time and money are valuable to you, I highly recommend banking elsewhere.

I sure do wish i had read all of these horrible reviews before stopping in and trying to break a $20. Friday afternoon, and the place looks like a mausoleum with only ONE teller open.the assistant-manager looking woman sure had a terrible attitude.i am reminded of the "Kevin Flanagan Bank of America Concord California" experience.

Wow i sure wish i saw all these horrible Yelp reviews before stopping in to ask if they could give me some change for a $20. First off, the place reminds me more of a mausoleum. this was a Friday afternoon, typically the busiest time for a bank. only ONE teller was open. so somebody assistant-managerial looking woman came up and asked me what i wanted. i told her i just wanted to break a $20. she started talking about the long wait (yes the ONE teller was moving very slow). the assistant manager looking woman seemed to really have a bad attitude so i left. so i went into a nearby store and made a small purchase, got change, mission accomplished. look up "Kevin Flanagan Bank of America Concord California" to really sum up b-of-a.

Rarely open. When it is, no regard for customer service. Few to no tellers. Arrived today at 12:30 and 1 tellers. Waited 15 minutes as 2nd in line. Tellers helped one person and then stared at her computer without acknowledging me. I waited 10 minutes. A new customer arrived and waited in line. Teller moved to another window continuing to ignore me. An employee came with a client to transact something. When finished, next person in line ran before me. I said I had been waiting and customer ignored me and teller waited on her. Close this branch or train your employees in customer service.

Super convenient to the downtown and the farmer's market! I popped in here to pick up some cash for the farmer's market. Pleasantly surprised by its proximity and its walkability to everything. There were, I believe, four ATMs outside. One was out of order, but the other three were fully functional. Decent parking. 2022: 6/100

I've been with Bank Of America since I was a kid. I just must b too lazy to change banks. Used to be that the bankers and teller actually knew your name. Everything is so much more difficult now. A year ago I actually walked away from another mortgage with B of A and lost a 500 dollar appraisal fee because the mortgage officer knew less about loans and mortgages than I did and the process was as taking waaaaayyyyy too long. This particular branch on Mission is way too big for current needs, considering on line and machine banking. I'm thinking that half the building should be a Starbucks and maybe a cafe. I know that B of A probably doesn't read these Yelps, however, it made me feel a bit better! Tellers here are pleasant!

Rarely and only haphazardly open. Status of open/closed changes day to day with little or no notice. BofA seems to keep Google Maps updated, but only the day of. For example, yesterday the BofA entry for this location showed it would be open today and today the same entry shows it closed today but open tomorrow.

Walked in to exchange 700 in pesos to dollars. It's been 45 minutes and I walked in with two ppl in line. Still here. I don't know if all the branches in Oceanside are like this or if this one is just THAT bad. So 47 minutes total. Two people in line, for one simple transaction. Time to consider different banking option

If I can give a lower rating, I would. Bank of America in the past 35+ years has transitioned from being a first rate customer banks to the worst. They have the worst customer service. They have the highest bank charges. This particular one is the closest to me but I rather drive additional 15 minutes for a tiny bit better BofA.

22 people spaced out in line at BofA and two tellers working... during lunch, which is normally busy anyway. I hate this Bank. I can't even get a replacement debit card without making a special appointment with a banker. They won't order it online, over the phone or with a teller. Next banker spot is .... 2 weeks away.As I sit here waiting 40 minutes for a banker to get a replacement debit card shipped out, the manager keeps suggesting I order it on the app. I've told her four times and then showed her the error message from the app saying it can't be done online. And.... then 3 of the 4 bankers get up to go to lunch.... while I sit here waiting for my appointment. WTH?
