I tried to be patient with the transition from BBVA. Unfortunately, PNC cannot even begin to compete! The service is abysmal! Their employees (all two), know nothing about their jobs! I have had to make multiple trips to fix the same issues - all at my expense. They never stop charging FEES! I have asked multiple times for answers to questions, I'm told that someone will call me, but they never do. They only call when they want to sell something, but cannot answer questions. I'm guessing that many people have already left, because the place often looks abandoned from the outside. It certainly does not have a welcoming feel to it. I'm leaving because I don't feel secure doing business with them.

Wouldn't cash my check they couldn't tell me why. I hope this wasn't banking while black. Nobody in bank on a Friday everyone knows but me. Now I do don't go here the commercials are good the bank don't stand up to that. Might as well shut down and build a 711 they got what you need.

They want to charge me $40 USD every month so I can make any transfer + $20+ USD fee per transfer. I came from BBVA where is was free and much better customer service. Avoid this bank as much as you can.

We were referred to this bank by our pool builder in order to fund our swimming pool. If you go to this bank for a second mortgage beware! They will force you into a HELOC promising a lower rate . But what they don't tell you is how much damage the Home equity line of credit will do to your credit. They also told us that we were approved for two credit cards and a personal loan. They told us all of this was approved through one credit pull. This was not the case. After we signed for the loan, our credit was dinged 4 times . When we used the HELOC to build our pool- it maxed out the HELOC as the loan officer had been told was our plan, and it plummeted our credit over 200 points - then BBVA shut down the personal credit line and then the credit card which also screwed up our credit. We never missed a single payment. We were never 30 days late- It took 4 years to bail ourselves out of the mess their inexperienced loan person put us in. They have never made an effort to make this right. We recently paid off the HELOC- and our lender overpaid BBVA by $519. It has been nearly a month since they were paid off and we still haven't been able to get them to return our money. If you are considering banking here Save yourself the grief. If you are considering a second mortgage, run! Go to a reputable lender who will explain the consequences of using the entire limit of a HELOC. A second mortgage will not impact your credit like a HELOC will. The woman I dealt with thought a HELOC snd a second mortgage were the same thing. BBVA should hire people with a better education about mortgages , HELOCs and there impact on consumers. This seriously impacted our lives for 4 years. My son was also harmed by this bank. It is important to read the fine print with this bank- they check your credit regularly. Even if they are the cause of your score dropping they will close your account causing it to drop further with no remorse. Even the larger banks do not do this. Take the time to look into the reputation of the bank you choose. It can seriously impact the course of your credit future.

Good luck is all can say. Sub par customer service. Unwilling to help in solving my issue. Was told I needed to contact BBVA to get it resolved ...as I was standing inside this branch.

I cannot urge strongly enough to avoid Loan Officer Grant Tisdale. He and his team have poor attention to detail, were awful at communicating, and hid key features of the product they were trying to sell. As first time home buyers, we were hoping for a bit more customer service, and had the worst experience purchasing anything ever. At one point, Grant even hung up on me during a phone call. My wife and I finally cancelled our mortgage application with BBVA and pursued a different lender, at the expense of delaying our escrow. Cutting ties with BBVA Mortgage Lending and Grant were the best things that could have ever happened to us. We got an amazing rate and phenomenal customer service with Arrowhead Credit Union for our new home.

Wow! I would expected a warm treatment. As I was in the area and needed to get slime business Bankkng stuff done. The second your step into the branch you are warmly greeted. Erika the manager helped me right away. I explained Erika what I need and it was done in an hour. If you are looking for a bank that treats you like a person not a number. Then you owe yourself a trip to this BBVA Compass Branch. If you are looking from a car loan yo business loans. You are in the right place. The nicest staff you can ever ask for from A to Z. Also the big plus is you have large private parking lot. I could not been more happier from the minute I arrived to the minute I left. Thank you again to Erika and her team.

Best branch that I have ever stepped into. Everyone is so friendly. I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in. Every employee has a smile on their face. Very helpful and always willing to answer any questions that I may have. You will not be disappointed with the service here.

Why is this place even open ? The j*** who helped us took over an hour to open an account. We had another problem a few weeks later, and they never called back. Sorry, but good service wins me as a customer. Glad I closed this account.

Expectations for service in the financial sector are generally not high, so finding an institution that gives great service is cause for a great review. This brank for BBVA has a truly wonderful staff. I was unsure about opening an account here but Ericka was such a great help setting my personal account that I went ahead and moved and opened my business accounts here too. Ericka the Branch Manager clearly is doing a great job ... as customer service culture comes from the top and at this branch for BBVA they have never skipped a beat. Since opening my account a few months ago I've called in several times for service related issues and all the tellers have been super friendly and more then willing to help anyway they can. I am one of those neurotic customers with high expectations of my bank.. so let me tell you It's nice to work with constant professionals that have gone beyond the call of duty to help satisfy my every question and need. Nice job BBVA you have a great team here.

I honestly don't recommend banking with them. The staff is super friendly. But the service is lacking. I opened a new account a month ago and I'm still waiting for my bank card to arrive. I wasn't giving a temporary card because they don't do that. So, Everytime I get paid I would have to wait until I have a day off and then go in and withdraw how much I think I need. The hours are inconvenient as well. 10 am -5 pm only Monday - Fridays... Most people are working at that time.
