Had to bring my aunt, who is incapable of managing her finances, into a branch. Cynthia has helped my aunt before and continues to go above and beyond her scope to help my aunt do what needs to be done. I couldn't ask for a more caring banker and outstanding professional!

This Chase bank on College Blvd,., does not have an ATM machine. You cannot deposit or withdraw any money. It is a Chase branch, but not for regular checking or saving accounts.

Ridiculous anti-consumer policies. They charge you $25 online to transfer money to a different bank (even that is ridiculous) and $35 (!) to do it in person at the branch

I went to this College Blvd branch on Thursday at around 1:50 pm. I never had experienced with this kind of Chase branch in my life. They should get trained or close this College Blvd branch. The lady said the personal banker was off during lunch time. And then she said she could make an appointment on Monday. What?? so the banker went to lunch and planned to take off the day?? There is only one customer at the teller and nothing busy, but no banker is available from Thursday afternoon till Monday afternoon..

Terrible concept having no teller or defined line or check in process. If all the people in cubes are busy, nobody greets you or let’s you know they can help you. Just just stand with other people awkwardly waiting for someone to acknowledge you. Terrible service model.

I have a checking account with this bank. I simply wanted to make a deposit and add my husband's name to the account. I mistakenly thought this would be a quick and easy transaction. It was not. When I walk in, there are 4 employees in the lobby but only 1 certified banker that could help me. They ask me to make an appointment for 1 hour later when the certified banker was available. When I come back 1 hour later, the banker is still working with someone else. I ask to use the restroom and they tell me they don't have a public restroom. I continue to wait. After more waiting, they finally say they do have a restroom I can use. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, I complained and another employee helps me with the deposit, but says that I need to continue to wait for the banker to put my husband's name on the account. They tell me that they are now an advisory bank and that is why things are the way they are. It was ridiculous. It took 1 1/2 hours of waiting until finally the certified banker helped me put the additional name on the account. My advise to the advisory bank is to use their employees in a more effective manner! The whole time I was waiting ... 3 of the employees stood around chatting while the certified banker worked with people, and while I (the customer) waited and waited. I'll be looking for another bank!!

Made two trips on separate occasions, but the only banker in branch was booked for the rest of the day. On the third visit, I was turned away because I was missing a document they needed. Would’ve been happy to bring it with me if I’d been notified on the previous visits. Neglecting to ask the correct questions when inquiring about a customer’s needs is a disservice to their customers.

Not a real bank! They have 1 atm machine, and no human tellers. This location is the worst.

I had an appointment to get in my safety deposit box at 2:00pm. When I arrived, with 1 other customer in the bank and 2 tellers, I was told to sit down and wait 15 to 20 minutes! This is totally unacceptable. I'm a valued customer for many years and I'm tempted to change to a different bank. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

Valerie provided outstanding service notarizing our docs with a smile and great attitude! She even called escrow to make sure they were okay with a correction.

I waited 1 1/2 hours to simply put another name on my checking account. I watched 3 employees stand around and talk while waiting for the one "certified banker" that could help me. Granted, I did not have an appointment but this was ridiculous. Apparently they are an advisory bank now. There is only an ATM machine, one certified banker, and 3 employees just standing around in the lobby. Not a great business model.

Lawrence and Valerie at this branch were super helpful and nice. They went above and beyond to take care of my banking need. I highly recommend both of these employees if your needing any assistance.

The other day when I wanted to cash my check a guy name Zack told me I needed a bank account but I already had A credit card but he still wouldn’t cash my check so he sealed all my checks and I told him I wanted to speak with the manager and he said the manager won’t be there within an hour. So I left after waiting for a long time. And I went to other bank’s and they can’t cash my checks anymore because Zack sealed it. Really bad service since the manager wasn’t there to help and I been going to chase for long time. I don’t know if the managers are treating bad their employees or the employees are just rude to the customers

I have been to chase banking in ECONDIDO 4 times this week to try to take out my stimulus money to pay my rent. I have been refused 4 days in a row.Yesterday, I went to Chase on Grand, where they asked me if any manager knew me. The first manager came out knew me as she smiled. The second manager said she did not know me even though I had 2 letters of acknowledgement plus a recent driver's license and copies of my Social Security letters. They are terrible and take your money to a new bank like Well Fargo. Chase does not care about customers of 30 years like me. I am low-income, a dedicated teacher for low-income and disabled due to a slip-fall accident at a Arco Gas Station in Sherman I Oaks where I received no money, because the lawyers got paid-off and I got bankruptcy and lost my apartment.Ca Nedvecki
