I have to say that I really, really like Chase Bank. The customer service is really good. Their technology is extremely good and they are responsive to any questions that you have.

I don't understand after going on at least 3 years now that the ATM machines that this Chase Bank do not work correctly. I'm running a business and I can't always make it to the bank before it closes and then I'm stuck in the dark trying to make deposits at night which I don't like doing and then it takes 25 minutes to get 10 checks deposited. Took three attempts in the first machine three attempts in the the second and two attempts in the last one to finally get the 10 checks accepted. Nothing wrong with them except for the machines don't know how to read them correctly. This is a known issue with this bank and they refuse to do anything about it. Most of the other banks in the Oceanside area have the same issue. This bank is turning into a complete joke

Are all Chase locations short staffed? Or are they just not hiring people?! Having one teller for 5 plus customers, makes me think something is wrong. This is becoming an ongoing thing everytime I enter their locations. I get promoting online and everything...but there is still some stuff that requires entering the bank at times. This is too big a corporation to be consistently short staffed like this.

Such a terrible experience. I came to get a simple bank statement, while they told me to sit and wait for a staff to help. I waited over 15 mins and no one still approached me no nothing. Meanwhile one staff asked someone if they had been helped completely overlooking that I was even present. I just felt hopeless and immediately walked out. Now I sit in my car upset that I still made no progression driving all the way here. No thank you chase staff

I opened an account today with Cynthia Posey and wanted to highlight how fantastic she was. She was very friendly, helpful and patient and incredibly personable. I've never written a review about a bank before but she deserves to be highlighted as an outstanding employee of Chase Bank. She is a tremendous asset to the company and I would recommend anyone to see her personally if they want to open an account with Chase. During our interaction a customer interrupted us very rudely and she handled it like an absolute pro. She demonstrated a lot of professionalism without making me feel like my time wasn't valuable. I had my baby with me and he was getting restless towards the end but she was so friendly and kind and even held him for me while I was filling out the paperwork. She truly went above and beyond and I gave her a hug at the end. I've never done that! Thank you Cynthia for everything! You rock :)

I would give zero stars to this branch if I could. I am disgusted by their negligence and blatant disregard for banking policies and procedures. My roots come from banking. I was a teller for many years at both a bank and a credit union so I know their rules extremely well. My husband went into this branch to deposit a CHASE WRITTEN CHECK into our CHASE ACCOUNT. Mind you, being it was written on a CHASE CHECK, we could have cashed it, but my husband wasn't aware of that rule. Anyways. It's now day 5 that almost $2200 is unaccounted for. I'm on day 5 of multiple calls to chase, multiple trips into the branch, countless texts between his employer (who wrote the check), and I'm over it. The money has LEFT the employer's CHASE BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNT, mind you. Negligence. Blatant negligence. How can someone be so unaware of the fact if you go into the bank the check is written on, you can get hard cash for it without any questions asked?!This is my husband's employer, verified when we reopened this checking account. It's on the application. Disgusting. This is a great training moment for the individuals at Chase bank off Oceanside Blvd and I'll make sure to be the one to teach it when I go in to close the account. Shame on you, Chase bank. What a sad excuse for a big bank.

I take my clients here. I'm a caregiver. They never have someone at the wheelchair accessible. They make them go to the regular window. It makes it, so hard for them . Why ?? have that special window if your not got to use it.

I recently discovered that my father is no longer mentally competent. I called the bank to find out what I had to do to access his acct & she kept giving me options that require him to do something. The Power of Attorney she suggested would not be valid or notarizable, since he doesn't even know what year this is. The last time he actually gave a guess at a year, he said 1974! Finally she said to bring his medical records, I presume she means something with a diagnosis of Altzheimers or dementia on it, to the bank. Very unhelpful. I have no idea which branch he uses & he probably doesn't remember. On this journey, up to now, everyone has been very helpful. She was not, it took prying to get any information that would actually assist me.
