I work late nights and I have gone into the circle k many times just to have a heavy set girl with short black hair shut the door in my face and go on her 4-Hour break she doesn't acknowledge people outside and tell them that she's going and maybe ask them if they need anything before she goes when they are parked right out in front multiple patrons were mad at her tonight because of the way she treated people so if I were you I'd stay away from the circle k and her she is something else & not in a good way

I was on a quest for a restroom in the wee hours. I was surprised to find Circle K carrying Califia Farms coffee, but like many places, the sale price was not yet corrected on the POS. Anyway, I do need to try their coffee one day because the setup is clean and appealing. Anyway, both restrooms were closed, but at least there weren't any vagrants tonight like in the past. Also, the mobile app was bugging so hard...it wouldn't let me log in and then proceeded to continuously send me new text codes, and none of them went through. Servers must be wild.

This is the 3rd time visiting this gas station where I have found multiple charges on my account that I did not make. The cashier's we're sketchy and only cared about flirting with the ladies that were trying to purchase snacks. The man in front of me had a charge on his receipt that he didn't recognize and the cashier's we're acting very odd about it. Will not be coming back and I will be reporting this issue.

This one of most horrible gas stations ever I try to avoid this as possible although it's the closest one by my house. The customer service is horrible and the most laziest people ever ... the line is always long. Most of the time the gasoline is out off Service!! I would rather go to the gas station shell in melrose way better service.

This circle k used to be called, on the run. The car wash used to be called the wash n run. It also used to have a softgloss xs 2 with red white and blue brushes and, the sticker at the top said mobil and, the bottom said wash n run. The air dryer at the exit was a ryko slimline dryer. Sadly, the car wash machine is gone forever. It was replaced with a pdq protouch tandem with different air dryers. After that, that pdq protoch tandem and the air dryer was replace by, a mark vii with the 3 brushes and the mark vii air dryer. Such a heck of an experience to this gas station's car wash. The softgloss xs 2 will be missed.

I am in this store probably at least 2-4 times per week and normally the sales clerks are extremely friendly and always very nice. Today I had probably the most frustrating and embarrassing experience I have ever had while just trying to get gas. This will probably be a bit boring to most, but I don't trust that my name and phone number that I gave them will be given to the correct people so I am hoping that I will be seen here. I went into the station to fill up my F150. I was down to approximately 10 miles left to E on my gauge. I started pumping gas and the pump immediately shut off just seconds after I had started pumping. The screen said "pump stopped". I couldn't figure out why it stopped. I thought maybe there was an issue with the card I used. At this point I had put in less than $1 of gas. I then put in another card. I can't remember if I started pumping before a clerk from the store came out or not. She came over and told me from a car away that I had pumped someone else's gas. I didn't understand and I asked what she meant. She said that someone else had prepaid $24 on the wrong pump and that I had put that gas in my truck. I told her that I only pumped what I thought was less than $1 in. She insisted in front of other people that I had put in the $24 that the other customer had sent to the wrong pump and wanted me to pay for it! I told her I wasn't going to pay for gas I didn't put in. I also told her to look at the fuel gauge in my truck and she can see that the gas isn't in there because it would have been at only about 12 miles left to E. She just turned around and walked away without saying anything. I was upset that she basically was accusing me of not paying for that gas. At that point I pumped gas into my truck from the other card that I had put in. after about 7.5 gallons, again the pump shut off. Again the screen read "pump stopped". I have no idea why she would have stopped it again. I decided I was not going to continue fueling there but wanted to address this with the sales clerk because I wanted to make sure that they did not think I was trying to take gas without paying and I was hoping to get an apology for her accusing me in front of other people. When I spoke to her in the store, I again told her that I had only put in less than a dollar and that I didn't like her accusing me of taking gas in front of other people and I wanted to make sure that the situation was cleared up. She showed me the other persons receipt showing $24 prepaid. I said "Where does is show that I pumped this gas?". She could not produce anything that showed that. She said that the store was just going to pay for it and I wouldn't be charged but was still implying that I had received gas I didn't pay for. I was upset and and told her this is ridiculous the way that she treats customers. I then drove about 5 miles up the road and took a picture of my gas gauge that now read 126 miles to E after I had pumped the 7.5 gallons in with my 2nd card. I also looked to see if the charges were on the 2 cards that I used online. They were both there. The first for my transaction of $.67 cents which I had told her about and the 2nd for $28.87 for the 7.5 gallons that I had pumped. I was still upset about this and just wanted an apology so I went back on my way back into work. I don't want anyone thinking that I am trying to get away with something. I show all of this to the clerk and now her manager who wasn't in at the time this happened. I explained to her that with 126 miles to E and my card showing that I pumped in $28.87 at $3.82/gallon that comes out to be 7.56 gallons of gas. I had taken the picture of my dash shortly after I left the gas station, no more than 4-5 miles down the road. Adding 5 miles to the 126 is 131. Even if my truck had 0 gas left in it when I pulled into the gas station which it didn't, that still calculates to 17.3mpg. If I had also put in the $24 that she accused me of, that would have been another 6.3 gallon

I love going to this store, but the experience I had this morning 7/17/20 at 5:40am makes me not want to go anymore. The customer service lady was rude and very unprofessional. She was doing shift end which I totally understand, but don't be rude

Rude employees. Cashier was demanding and they tend not to say please or thank you, but rather use cell phones and talk about inappropriate subjects while customers stand at counter and wait for them to walk to register. (Large woman around age 30 with shaved head in particular is lacking in customer service skills.)

I was using someone else's car and had to fill the tank before returning because I'm thoughtful like that. Been a long time since coming into a gas station because I have been driving electric cars for many years. I wish that had stations had disinfectant wipes or hand sanitizer to use after pumping the gas because it seems all Gad stations are a hub of germs. The Circle K convenience stores has nice customer service. At the time, filling up with at least 8 gallons of gas gives you a free cold brew or hot coffee. I decided to try my first gas station coffee ever. . . In my entire life. There are several choices and one decaf choice. The cold brew station had 3-4 options. One was regular, others were flavored options. There are several choices for creamer and half and half available in single serving containers for optimal healthy safety. There is an endless supply of plastic straws. I chose the hot coffee. The beans are grinder prior to the coffee being dispensed. I'm more of an espresso type of gal -- I found the coffee to be okay. It was only slightly worse than Starbucks.

Like every convenience store they have good and bad things we could say about them.Every morning I stop here before work and haven't had any problems. The graveyard crew with Rafael and another young man they just hired, from what I can see does a very good job. Both of them are very polite and go out of their way to try and help you if you need it.
