My poor dog did not deserve the horrible haircut she received. This was probably the worst the worst cut she's had in her life. They cut her body extremely short and left her head really big and unfinished. She almost looks like a bobble head dog. I'm new to the area and found this place driving around. I should have checked yelp before I booked an appointment.

Do not bring your pet to this place. They cut my dog and it bled during the grooming then tried to cover it up so upper management would not find out. The supervisor at the front desk is rude , condescending, and unprofessional.

I called today at the time they opened to set up an appt for my husky/ German Shepard mix, who has been seen there before. At the time I called they had 3 availabiltys on Tuesday (28FEB). We scheduled for 9am. My husband gets a call back, not me, saying that they actually need to move his appt time up or later because of his breed(which I get, he needs more time). So we move it to 8. 1 hr later we get another call back saying that they can't actually see him that day due to incorrectly scheduling someone else. How is that my problem that YOU mis scheduled us? He is a returning client. I don't understand why the receptionist didn't see any of his notes, to know before hand his breed. It was really frustrating and they didn't offer us any compensation. I feel like they just didn't want to see my husky mix because he has a lot of hair. Disappointed in this place. Will not return.
