My poor dog did not deserve the horrible haircut she received. This was probably the worst the worst cut she's had in her life. They cut her body extremely short and left her head really big and unfinished. She almost looks like a bobble head dog. I'm new to the area and found this place driving around. I should have checked yelp before I booked an appointment.

Do not bring your pet to this place. They cut my dog and it bled during the grooming then tried to cover it up so upper management would not find out. The supervisor at the front desk is rude , condescending, and unprofessional.

I have been going here for 3 years or so and always been happy with my dogs grooming, even so much as to recommend friends and family there. This all changed with the new management, specifically Tiffany. She is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered and has no business being in a customer service facing role.My dog had an appointment scheduled and she notified me of a new policy of late fee if he doesn't get picked up within the hour, totally fine I understand but wouldn't give me an idea of what time he would be ready.I called over 2 hours later and he hadn't even been started on!! He had been sitting in a cage for over 2 hours. So how do you expect people to abide by these policies when #1 you can't keep your schedules in line #2 won't say what time the dog will be ready. They never answer the phone, put you on hold all the time, cancel appointments with short notice. The place is falling apart. It's cruel to the animals, unprofessional, and completely disorganized. She proceeded to argue with me about discounts on my accounts when I went to get my dog. Avoid this place at all cost, and I recommend to Classy K9 to reconsider who is representing their company.

First time going was nice, had a good groomer that told me my Corgi was very well behaved and they did great with her groom. She looked gorgeous and I was happy with how they did.Second time I asked for the same groomer and I'm not sure what happened but I received my pup with clipped side whiskers and a bit of a botched fur trim with pretty rough blending. I didn't really notice until I got home so I haven't asked about what happened, but I wasn't told anything went wrong either. I'm assuming my dog got anxious and wasn't cooperating this time, but I wasn't told anything.Hopefully next trip will be better, might try a different groomer here and ask about my dogs behavior after. I'll update with how that goes.

Ive been to dog groomers across the country and this place is consistently the best. I'm out hiking with this fluffball every weekend and they make her look like she's never rolled around the campsite or ran chaotically through the woods.

We have been coming here for years. The staff is great! Especially Tiffany, the receptionist, who is not only friendly but very caring. And the groomers really listened to what we were hoping to achieve by the grooming of our Golden & Wheaton whose coats are a lot of maintenance. Thanks you guys! See you next time!

WAS GREAT BEFORE…NOT CLASSY ANY MORE….We had been regular patrons of both the grooming salon and the affiliated veterinary clinic for many years—then COVID hit and the two businesses were sold to a chain corporation—PetVet.We stayed with CKC after lockdown ended, despite the new higher prices, unreturned phone calls, and general lack of organization, because of our affection for Katie, our favorite bather, Tammy, our regular groomer, and other employees who were kind to our pups. But the new “manager” Tiffany, has lost us—and everyone we know in the Oceanside dog community. She is unprofessional, ill- tempered and scattered. When we brought in a new dog she lost the rabies certificate and then tried to blame it on us—even though my husband handed it to her twice. She does not care about pet parents, and the good employees there are hamstrung by her attitude and the apparent greed and “get them in, get them out, get the cash” policies of the corporation. We changed vets out of necessity (they were closed for a long time during COVID) and now, sadly, after many years of taking our 3 sweet and trouble-free dogs to CKC for grooming on a regular basis, we are now looking for a new groomer too. This place is just not worth the money—or the aggravation.

When you ask for a trim and Teddy Bear cut!….?….??♂️. Yes, a groomer’s excuse is that, “we had to, your Dog was matted”. Why not call and ask first before skinning the poor girl? Back to the mobile groomer.

They did a great job with our Aussie! Definitely found a place that cares and treats dogs as if they were their own. They also educated me on how to maintain his coat. Highly recommend

The staff are awesome and I love the cuts my labradoodle gets. I couldn't be happier! And I feel that they are reasonable costs.

We’ve been going here for our dogs nails for a while and before they always told me they don’t make appointments for nails and that they always take them as walk ins. i’ve never had a problem with them before but the past few times i’ve come in for nails they can’t take him because their “groomer isn’t here”. i understand things happen but it’s happened to us the past two times we’ve come in. it would be nice if we could call ahead but they don’t answer the phone EVER so we never know what we’re walking into. it sucks but we definitely won’t be back again. luckily we were able to get our dog in somewhere else.
