I went in to get a pedicure. The women that did it looked middle aged. She was excessively cutting my cuticles on my toe and I literally moved my foot back and looked at it and said that it hurt and she had absolutely no concern, didn’t even say a thing. She also never asked me if I was okay during the pedi at all. My friend came along with me and they said it would be a 15 min wait. It took them 30 minutes to start my friends manicure and told the other clients coming in it would be a 15 min wait everytime which was a lie. Do not recommend.

So I had to pay full price for something I didn't like I told the lady I wanted her to change the color and she just colored over the silver some light gold even add green. This was nowhere what I expected, Even if she would've redone my 2 middle nails I'd be okay with them.

This place is absolutely terrible. I walked in and asked to have my acrylics removed. I sat down and she was just going to peel them off. They’re fairly new I’ve only had them a week and a half but since we are moving next week I needed to have them removed. I know that it is not healthy for your nail to have them peeled off so I kindly ask if they could do the soak method, they stated that they don’t do that there. What professional nails salon does not soak off acrylics? I’m sure that they just choose to do the peel method because it’s quicker. They surely don’t care whether or not it affects the health of your nail.

First time coming here. NEVER AGAIN! $115 for services (4 pedicures). 2 children, my mother, and myself. They cut me in 2 places, took my nail polish off with a freakin sand paper file, took an hour and a half for just 1 flipping pedi, then while polishing she used the wrong polish and kept digging her nail in my cut! I am going to scream! Just my pedi was $50 and they should NOT have charged that much for the crap service I just got! It is my birthday weekend with my mom and will NEVER COME BACK! Don't bother coming here!

I used to live near this place and now I don't but I drive to get my nails done here anyway. It's a small place and not to many nails technicians that work here but my nails look amazing when I'm done. It's super affordable and I will continue to go back.

Management is rude. I came an hour before closing. I'm on crutches and as soon as I walked in she told me she didn't have time to gel polish my toes because she was leaving to an appointment. I asked if the other lady could do it she says no. There were two customers in there and one was under the UV light. It would have taken her 10 minutes to simply just apply polish. Not handicapped friendly. If you have a disability this isn't the place for you. They will discriminate.

I don't really know how to describe this place. I went 1 time the owner shes not friendly, had my nails done she cut me 2 times, she didn't even said sorry. I pulled my hand I was bleeding a little. Since I had them done there. I gave it one more chance. Nothing changed. I will not be returning.

I wish I had read the reviews before coming here , worst experience ever , I came in to remove acrylics and get a gel manicure afterwards. I kept telling her she was hurting me and wouldn't stop I knew I should of just got up and left but didn't want to be rude. It got to a point where she almost ripped off my actual nail and kept making faces every time I said it was hurting me. The gel manicure was the worst didn't even file the nails down all the way. Once she started the polish I kept telling her that there was little pieces of lint in the nail but ignored it and kept putting polish over as if it were going to fix it , I got a very light clear nude so I could still see it. Lady's please don't waste your time or money here customer service was horrible. They were very rude. Not recommended at all.
