Superb customer service! Staff was friendly, patient, and helpful. The store was very clean and nicely clean. We have several cars and we only take them to Discount Tires. 10/10 recommend!! Shout out to Andrew and Ammin for their help!

I've been a discount tire customer for over 15 years. This location has Terrible customer service. Tried to drive in the driveway and park but there were people standing all over blocking the parking spots and then a worker came out and yelled at me to get out of the way when there's nowhere to go. I had better customer service at the DMV today. I will never go back to this location.

One of my lug bolts were cross threaded, they were able to get it fixed without taking it to a shop. Always a great experience! No matter what store you go to in the country!

I had an issue with a slow leak two weeks after purchasing a full set of tires. They told me the tire had been punctured. The manager Forrest went out of his way to pick up the replacement tire at another store location and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Great customer service. Thank you!

I have a new Pacifica with 20" wheels / self sealing tires.... I ran over a screw and wasn't sure how best to pull it. Went to Chrysler they referred me to Discount, ha. I have always used this store for my tire needs so win win. At the Discount Tire Oceanside on Plaza I was immediately greeted by Nora, she is AMAZING!!. Not only did she fix the issue, insured me the screw only hit the tread and pulled it out and checked for leaks to be sure. Nora noticed my lug nuts were chrome (factory) on all black wheels, suggested all black lug nuts would look better and did the job right then and there, the wheels look great: fortunately did not need a new tire. I highly recommend this store anyway however have to say Nora provided me the best customer service to date.
