Sign up was easy, and even the premium membership is very affordable. Crazy but they even have a cinema room to work out in. Has everything you would want In a gym. EoS even has an outdoor area. Plus all the amenities you'd expect o have in a gym. Thanks EoS

Beware folks, it is hard to cancel here if you choose personal training with them. Apparently we can't cancel personal training without finding Hayden and without talking to Hayden. And Hayden is conveniently missing or absent whenever we call. Eos Oceanside should find Hayden at the earliest. Whenever we call, the staff gives us the run around about how Hayden is at a meeting, or is busy, or can't be found. Please do not harass customers who are just as busy as Hayden, and would like to cancel. They have decent trainers, but the way they make it hard to cancel is downright shady, and completely unacceptable. I think BBB should take a close look at EOS Oceanside.

The staff there is very unfriendly. They rarely say "Hello or good bye". You get the feeling that they don't care if you show up or not. Also the paper towel machines are usually empty and the spray bottles of disinfectant are usually missing.

Came here for the first time in several months. Made a reservation for childcare. I’m here at the gym and they said they don’t have enough teachers to watch the kids. Their staff no showed. I live clear across town. If this doesn’t happen again in the future, I’ll update my review to a more positive one.

This gym is absolutely filthy. The locker room and sinks are disgusting. Always. The sauna doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in months. Showers are missing hooks for your belongings. Some are missing locks. Machines are typically broken for 3+ weeks at a time. Not exaggerating. Kids camera has been broken for 3 months. You email management and nothing changes.

This is gym milks you for your money. When I first joined I was told I was on a 30 day trial for $1 that I could cancel at any time. When I decided to cancel my membership within the 30 days it turned out that I had to pay the annual fee of $60 and the monthly fee of $15 for the two accounts I had made. I was never told anything about this when I sat down to talk to the sales guy. I canceled one account and left one account open. Now that I am trying to cancel that one they are making me pay another month even tho I canceled 3 weeks before the next payment was due because “that’s the way the system works.”I never heard of a monthly subscription that makes you pay for another month in order to cancel.

I would give no stars if I could. Today is the last straw. I have had issues with canceling and receiving a refund for a LARGE amount of money for the training sessions I haven't even used since mid to late march of this year. I spoke to Ross who helped me get a membership with EOS fitness and said I could pay only $19 for my first training session and that I could cancel it if I don't like it and on top of that receive a refund for those $19. I didn't even use that first "$19 training" session and called Ross ahead of time that I couldn't afford the whole program. He said that he would take care of it and that I didn't have to do anything else on my end. I even have a text with Nick (one of the personal trainers there) from March of this year telling him that I had already spoken to Ross to cancel my program. Ross no longer works there so I have been talking to Hayden, the personal training session manager or something. I have been more than patient and waiting to receive some sort of solution to this issue for MONTHS. I have called almost everyday when Hayden supposedly works. Most of the time he is busy and never returns my calls or emails, or the few times he is able to answer my call it always ends with empty promises. It is very unfortunate that this has gone the way it did but enough is enough. Hayden could have at least been honest with me and told me that he couldn't help me or that he is too busy to handle my situation and referred me to someone else who could. I would have totally understood that but nope, he continued to answer the few calls I made compared to the other many times he didn't get back to me and play the long game. I hope by posting this, I could not only bring attention to the issue at hand but prevent it from happening to any current member or future members EVER again because honestly, I have seen too many similar reviews posted on this location alone.

Good luck canceling your membership! They will continue to charge you and then play d*** when you call them. Not worth the hassle when there are plenty of gyms around.

I have had Tyler Robinson as a Personal Trainer for the past almost 6 months and am in the bed shape of my life. Tyler is a big reason for that. He is a Fantastic Trainer and highly Recommend him. Hayden, the Manager is very Friendly and was instrumental in arranging my training with Tyler. I give them both 5 Stars!

Worst gym I've been to, good equipment but it's absolutely disgusting inside. Oh you want to clean the equipment yourself? Well you can't because every paper towel dispenser is empty and the staff is sitting on their phone instead of doing something about it. Oh you wanna get a good workout in? Well that's impossible because at any moment of any day it is so packed that you can't even see across the gym. Even at midnight you can consistently expect there to be no squat racks, benches, or free weights between 15-35lbs to be available. They clearly only care about money because despite them literally having 100s of people inside, they still only staff 1-2 people at a time (who couldn't be bothered to even do their job). Don't stop non members from entering, don't clean the gym, don't restock toilet paper, paper towels, sanitizer etc. I physically cannot imagine a worse gym experience. Imagine waiting all day for it to slow down enough for there to even be parking outside, just to walk in at midnight and see that every piece of equipment for your workout is still in use.I've been coming here since it opened in 2019ish, but I will never EVER come back. I legitimately believe they sold at least 5,000 too many memberships to this gym. (Not that anybody doesn't belong/have the right to be in the gym, but gyms shouldn't sell too many memberships to the point where NOBODY IS GETTING A GOOD WORKOUT NO MATTER WHAT TIME THEY COME)

Looking to speak to a manager or owner with regards to a charge for personal trainings that were advertised as a "try it and see" and were subsequently cancelled the same day, but have been charged on my card for $900!! Have tried unsuccessfully to get a credit from Hayden Bills at EOS Oceanside and would like the credit and close this matter. Can someone contact me?

Good gym. But nasty. No one ever cleans this place. How expensive is it to pay for a daily cleaning service. The men's locker room/ sauna/ shower. Super dirty. EOS has more than enough memberships they should be able to handle this. Good gym but do not expect it to be sanitary.

The Kids club used to be really convenient and a great place for my kids to play while I worked out. Now, it's near impossible to get a reservation. I've noticed that reservation slots become available at least 48 hours in advance and every time I want to schedule my kids, the availability slots are near non existent unless you want to work out for 30mins. They also closed their Sunday hours for some reason.... So basically, I pay good money for services I can't even use. The kids club was the biggest reason why I joined the gym 4 years ago, and sadly is probably going to be the reason why I leave.
