I showed up at 4:30 on a Friday for an oil change, even though they close at 5. They took me right in. They had to stay late but they did not complain. Priced fair. Then I scheduled a tire rotation visit the next Saturday morning for 7:30. They opened on time, took my pickup straight in and had me back on the road in under 1 hour. Fair prices, happy service.

I made an appointment online for an oil change. At the entrance to the shop there was a sign that said Econo Lube and Meineke. Once inside, the computer had my appointment that I made. I showed the person behind the desk named Dwayne my coupon for the oil change. He said he would not honor the coupon that was sent to me when I made the appointment. He became very rude. I asked to speak to the manager, when calling the number it rang to the shop and the voice mail said Meineke and Econo lube. I shared that with Dwayne and he told me to leave the shop. I have never seen such rude behavior and poor customer service. I went to Jiffy Lube in Oceanside and it was great.

Fast and Cheap oil change, $35 after a $6 off coupon from their website. They didn't try to up-sell to a higher grade oil or any other unnecessary services.

First I would like to say I'm being grateful with the two stars. I'll get to why they got the second one at the end. I feel like they have potential to be a quality service provider but seriously lack proper management. My significant other took our family van there to get a simple oil change as it was due. I didn't even know she had taken it in, until I saw the dreaded oil stains in our driveway, after popping the hood, I found the head cover slathered with oil as well as some parts at the side where oil is filled. I cleaned what visible oil I could, and called the next day to let them know my concerns. Andrew asked if he could see it. I took it in, they drained the oil to inspect the plug. The gasket was torched, and can only assume it didn't come from my vehicle. I know they wear out, but our van has under 50k and I've done oil changes on vehicles above 100k with gaskets that didn't look like that. Even if it was on the vehicle. Its an easily replaceable item and should have been addressed if it were faulty at the initial visit. After the new oil went in, I asked the working manager what the protocol is for the mistake. Honestly , a free oil change would have avoided this negative review. Andrew told me he didn't have the authority to give any compensation and that I could call another manager to talk to about my situation. Spoiler alert. I wouldn't have used the free oil change. It's like getting a free entree to the place where you just got food poisoning. The second star was for giving me a bottle of cleaner to clean my own oil stained driveway. Kudos to you Andrew for going the extra mile there. Message to the owner. You should always have someone on site capable of making decisions like that. There called managers for a reason. I won't be coming back in the foreseeable future unless I need to turn my driveway into a racing slick.

Was told my oil change would be completed in about 15-30 minutes once the guy got in at 9. I live here but work in Pasadena and take the train. It is now 10:15 am and my car still isn't finished and my train leave right now. So I now have to put 200 miles on my car today, can't work on the train, and spend 4.5 hours driving. Will not be coming back here Update: they didn't replace parts on my car and I am now sitting waiting for a tow truck for them to tow me back to have the Manager look at the car. After I was told the manager wasn't available until tomorrow, he suddenly appeared on the phone. Reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau and never going here again. I just moved to Oceanside and was looking for a regular place to get my oil changed. Great first impression (sarcasm)

OMG! These guys are great! Especially Bryan :) I was seriously behind on my oil change (totally my bad!). I was getting to the point where I was a little worried about driving, but it was hard to do after work. I went to Express Tire and they said they needed at least an hour and there wasn't enough time. So I drove up the street to Econo Lube and I am soooo glad I did. Bryan was so FREAKING NICE! and HELPFUL and EFFICIENT! They worked me in and had me in and out in a flash! I still can't even believe how quick and easy that oil change was. They have amazing customer service!!! Thanks again Bryan!

I came by the store for a standard oil change. The Manager said my brake's fluid was low most likely because I needed new brakes. He asked if I wanted them to check the brakes and I said no. They ended up checking the brakes anyways without my approval (ok?). I took his word on the low brake's fluid though and went to purchased brake fluid. When I got to my car to check my brake fluid level, it was not low at all in fact it was at the Max. Maybe the Manager is trying to get me to purchase new brakes that I did not need. Additionally my odometer mileage is at around 75Ks not 125Ks as stated in their system. Interesting 125Ks meant more manufacturer's recommendations and more services needed equals $$$. I am not saying don't go there but be cautious.

The manager/owner says that they don't recommend replacing fluids on a schedule, but based on fluid inspection when they check the levels. This is good, but after my oil change I found that the power steering, coolant and wiper fluids were significantly lower than the minimum marks. Obviously no inspection was done. I'd rather have fluids replaced too frequently than ignored.
