I experienced quite a bit of racism when I go into the store extremely unnecessary I have also had to take my meat back to the butcher several times, so be careful and check your meat than that. The prices could be a little lower and they should have a little more variety for the same stick of Car gold butter, I can go to Winco or Smart and final and it will be $.75 to $1.85 less than El Super always the only good thing about this store is it’s open on holidays. They have a bakery and to go foods.

I am calling to the number the appears on here . I have bought on this store before and so far I like it. But Today we got grapes and the are horrible. I got home star it clean them to put them ready for my children and family. They have mold in most of them and smuchi. I call so the I can return it . But no one is picking the phone . Is the first time I have a issue like this . I live in Vista and we go all the way to Oceanside to buy our groceries here Hopefully someone will answer or call me back to fix this .

He's a rubbish store. I pay in advance 24 hours before so that they have everything ready and at the time I go to pick up the food they say they have run out. And the manager has no experience at all in managing a little thing. The manager never shows up, his job is terrible.

I came here to get some queso fresco from the market in the morning. When I approached an older lady who pretended like she didn't hear me, but was approached by a nice lady who asked me if I has taken a number yet. I said no and she politely helped me and was very happy compared to the first lady who ignored me. I hope that other people can learn customer service like the lady who served me. I wish I got her name.

Went to El Super this more to by mini pork ribs and I got 2 different kinds of pork ribs and the other kind was a bigger rib once I got home I saw my ribs and one of them was right the other was not I opened the bag it was chunks of pork meat and no ribs I don't think it's right that you are paying for something and you get something else meat department do better at your job and give the customer what they are asking for

Might be common, might not. I'm not from CA. Here on vacation. We bought a few items to take back to the hotel. They charge for bags to carry ur items in. Never heard of such a thing in TX. Just be prepared.
