I accidentally reserved a unit at the wrong location which I didn’t know until I arrived, but it wasn’t an issue and Angie was there to help me! She was very nice and got me set up with another unit quickly, even in the building I was interested in. She let me take a look at the unit before I signed my paperwork which I appreciated. Her friendly conversation made the experience even better! Thanks Angie!
