I ordered a chair that was to be delivered by FedEx. For 5 days they told me it would be delivered with different excuses why they couldn't deliver it. I thought maybe they had the wrong address. I called customer service to find out the problem. I was told the driver had an altercation with someone in the neighborhood and refused to deliver here. Well, I just happen to see a FedEx truck the next day drive right by me! They just fed me all these lies and excuses. I knew they were lying to me because it didn't make any sense. I can only surmise the reason is that it was a large box and they were too lazy to carry it to my front door. There were no stairs and it would have been an easy drop off. Maybe they had to walk a little to the front door? I won't be using them again for any deliveries in the future. They are too lazy!!

I don't know what sort of idiots they hire to deliver important documents, but I was waiting at home the whole day for a document I was meant to sign for, but the cretin who somehow drives a van didn't so much as ring my door bell when he dropped of the package. I wasted more than an hour at home, when i could have easily left earlier ??♀️?♂️??♂️??♀️?♀️??♂️??♀️??♀️??♂️??♂️

Every time I encounter drivers from this location, they are reckless, rude, and entitled, contrarian, and accusatory. They do not know how to drive, and they blame everybody else in the road around them. Had an aggressive encounter with one of your drivers falsely accusing me of "almost getting us both killed" when he had illegally jumped lanes during a turn. Fed Ex should hire drivers that don't suffer from road rage.
