  If I could rate a negative number I would. Got message on Saturday that package to be delivered on Sunday. I was going to be home so paid $5.50 to have package delivered on Monday. Got text at 9 AM that package on truck to be delivered. At 4 PM called to find out status. Was told at wareynot on truck. Told couldn’t... read full comment

  Delivery exception 2 days in a row for a package I need immediately. Address is correct. No help.

  Very poor delivery service. Deliver to my house about 60% of time. Deliver to a neighbor house about 45% of the time. I find it via photo of delivery. The other 5% God does not know where it was delivered. UPS and USPS have no problem with proper delivery, why does Fedex have so much trouble?
