Hours: FedEx Ground location is not open to the public and handles package deliveries primarily for businesses. Reviews highlight a mix of experiences, with some customers appreciating the efforts of staff like Sylvia and Robert, who went above and beyond to resolve delivery issues and ensure packages arrived. In one case, they saved a frustrating situation caused by FedEx’s system not indicating no weekend delivery, leading to a positive outcome. Customers also recognize the hard work involved in delivering packages and commend FedEx employees for their dedication. However, there have been notable delivery problems. Some customers experienced missed or delayed deliveries, with drivers passing by without stopping or failing to call security gates, resulting in additional waiting time. One customer expressed dissatisfaction with inconsistent delivery times and the lack of timely updates, though they acknowledged that FedEx eventually addressed the issue and apologized, earning a high rating. Overall, while the staff's effort is appreciated, there are ongoing concerns about reliability and communication in delivery services.
