Love five below! Tons of sensory toys for my asd son, awesome art aisle and supplies, and they have random cool stuff for adults too,makeup, tshirts, ..earbuds, headphones, pillows, pajamas, slippers, candles..like a tiny walmart almost. And a pretty cool snack/candy area that you can find some random different stuff that you dont see other places.

I guess self checkout isn’t self check out, as soon as I walk up to pay for my stuff, person with long hair grabs my stuff rudely and says “i got this” and starts scanning my stuff. Never again will I be back.

I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Five Below. While shopping with my boyfriend, we were followed around the store by a worker in a way that felt intrusive and uncomfortable. When we got to the self-checkout, the same worker abruptly took our basket and began scanning our items for us—without asking or explaining why. What made this even more upsetting is that two other customers at nearby self-checkouts were allowed to check out on their own with no interference.
It felt like we were being singled out and profiled, and that kind of treatment is unacceptable. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of how they look. I hope Five Below addresses this issue seriously, because no one should leave a store feeling watched or judged. The worker was a male with long hair and big hoops (earrings) !!!!

Was our first time here at this location Dec 14,24
And my daughter found all the gifts 🎁 she needed for friends at school .
The store was so packed and full of stuff for really good deals !
We spend one hour at this store and it was amazing 🤩
Definitely recommend this store !
Parking was packed because it was a Saturday .

Always fun finds! The store is clean and well stocked. The staff that we interacted with was friendly.
Great experience and excellent place to find all manner of delightful items, books, shirts, toys, pens, decor, treats, electronics, pet supplies, and more!

Stepped on glass while wearing sandals in the store and the employees just said “oh” and didn’t bother to clean up. At that point I wanted to just pay for my stuff and go in silence but their self checkouts aren’t do it yourself. I asked them if I could just do it myself and they said no, I had no problem with her watching me but I just didn’t want to be social. She filled out that survey too stating that the store was stocked and clean and 5 stars. That’s not really a big deal but obviously it wasn’t

Store is really nice & have good deals but the store is really really hot and it’s hotter than outside during summer! Might as well stay outside… couldn’t stay inside for longer than 5 minutes!

Cynthia Melissa and Fernando are my HEROS! I forgot my wallet in the store- filled with hundreds of dollars worth of giftcards for the holidays, my passport, car registration etc. By chance I stopped by a week later- they had it in an envelope with my address on it- they were getting ready to mail it back to me! They saved my holidays <3 Words cant even express my gratitude!!!
