This is my go-to spot for E85. The ethanol percentage has always been around 70% or higher for me and I've never seen it any lower. My one gripe about the location is that it's kinda small for a gas station. You also have the I-5 exit and entrance nearby so traffic can get pretty heavy during rush hours.
