Refused to return a game even though I pulled the receipt up on the computer had to call corporate standing inside the store so they can email me a copy what a joke of a company this this why your going under.

Not the greatest selection & meh prices. Walked in as my son wanted to see what they had for nintendo switch and there was a Super Mario Delux he has seen but opted to not buy there. While in the store I checked if target had the game, which they did, and ended up going to Target since they had the same game, new, at $10.00 off plus 5% additional discount atop the lower price than what gamestop was charging. Always check other stores!!!

I've been going to this Gamestop for years, very disappointing. Last time I went the manager with the blue hair. Was very rude over a controller for an Xbox that I was swapping out I asked her to take the controller out of the box The one that she giving me she said I can't do that. We need the controller. She say it with an attitude. She could have easily taken the controller out of the box and put it in the other one that was being sent to the warehouse. They let me do that before.

The store manager is amazing and she is passionate about helping her customers. You can tell she loves what she does and maintains a positive attitude. She focuses on building customer relationships and informs you of the latest games and new products the store has received. Walked in wanting to grab a couple of games and came in to one of the cleanest GameStops I've seen. Everything was so organized that I got what I needed in a quick trip. The cashier Joe was very nice and helpful. Keep up the great work! :)
