I called and made a reservation for me and my mom to both get pedicures and an additional acrylic fill for myself. We came in on time and confirmed we would both be getting pedicures and myself a refill. My mom was put in front of a spa chair that still had nail clippings and cuticles all over it and had to tell them it was not clean so they could wipe it off. When I sat down I confirmed for a third time that I was getting an acrylic refill after the pedicure. The woman cut my foot with the cuticle cutters and I warned her I was ticklish and to not scrub my feet and she did so anyway. When my pedicure was finished I was sat waiting for 15 minutes with toe dividers on still wondering why no one was ready to work on my refill. It was when I had to get up and take the toe dividers out and put my shoes on myself is when they noticed and handed me my bill. I reminded them for a fourth time I am getting an acrylic refill and that’s when they finally sat me down. The girl rushed my nails and didn’t bother fixing my cuticles, she didn’t even let me pick my own nail color- I had to tell her verbally what color I wanted. I get my bill and I’m shocked to see I was being charged $50 for an acrylic REFILL without even getting my fingers manicured at all! Even my mom’s very simple pedicure was $60. That night, my toe nail polish had already chipped and I was left with multiple ingrown toenails because the girl did such a terrible job. I could hardly even walk without being in pain. Not a bad technician in the house! Everyone is extremely talented and eager to please the client! Best nail salon I’ve ever been to! I’ve had several different nail techs and they’re all amazing! I love my Kim she gives the best pedicures!! Holly, Jen, Yen, Karen, Hailey, Tiffany and many more! I definitely leave Happy every time I come in! Thank you ladies!!

Prices are great! Quality is awesome! And the staff were so nice. The place was clean, and calm. The guy at the front desk was very nice, and Vicky did my nails, she did a wonderful job, I will be returning!

I am by no means a nail art professional however I do know how to relax. I did a lot of relaxing at happiest nails and spa. I had Krystal and she was nothing short of amazing, 10/10 I will definitely be visiting again! Price was very reasonable as well.

I'm very dissatisfied with my nails. Not to mention they make you pay before hand. I see why.... Now to the nails ...Acrylic is so thin. French tips are uneven. Because they were closing they rushed my nails and she didn't put lotion on my hands or give me a massage that I paid for (ahead of time might I add) the acrylic is uneven. I'm so upset I wasted money on this place.

This is the last time I give this place a shot. The people aren't that welcoming and the multiple times I've come here the color doesn't match the sample. They assure you that it will after multiple coats but it doesn't and they give attitude if you want to change it. Plus, I've asked for almond shape nails and they just make them round. You can get better service at plenty of other spots in town.
