Home Depot has gone to sh!+. I'm done shopping there. Everytime I go there things are mismarked, upc codes are wrong, online orders lost, rude he/she/or wtf it is front Mgr. I'm now team Lowes all in. Done shopping at the dingey dungeon of orange and crap brown. Lowes is more inviting and full of helpful and nice people who actually look happy to work there. I will drive the extra few miles to go there. Never have had an issue with returns or mislabele pricing issues here. Later HD won't ever return even if you have the only part I need .

Home depot now has an absurd return policy thatlimits your returns to 50.00 and at the same time bans you from further returns for a year, without explanation.

Always helpful and professional. I appreciate when I call a human answers my questions instead of a virtual assistant.

Staff in 90% of cases are super helpful, there's a couple of checkout clerks I totally avoid if you want to exit and pay with some level of efficiency. The store itself is great and well stocked.

I came here with a friend to get a small Christmas tree. Was able to get help and was able to purchase a small Christmas tree quickly. It was very quick to purchase.

Remember when the employees knew where everything was in the store and would make suggestions about how to complete projects... Those days are gone... and finding an employee has become a trek.

Went for some help with some window coverings, the dude wasn't really helpful at all, asked questions just gave me the i dunno look, then i went to the restroom to pee really quick and saw the stalls were so clean you could practically eat off the floor!

TERRIBLE! Waited 43 minutes for an online pick up that stated it was READY yesterday. Phones ringing off the hook. No one would help. Numerous employees walked by and never offered assistance. When I sought out help, I was met with resistance. The entire place has a "not my job" attitude. Ive been going here for years and it's never been great customer service, but man has it gone downhill! I asked to speak to the manager and was denied. I asked again and they wanted my name and number for him to call me "later" although they said he was in the store. Herein may lie the problem...if the head person does not prioritize customer service, then none of their employees will either. Pretty sad state of affairs. Luckily in today's day and age, there are many other options available, so I am not forced to spend my money at a place that does not value it.

Home Depot Oceanside has everything I need for DIY home repair projects-- like the bedroom door my sweet-looking FurGurl destroyed. Happy Jackie the cashier gives my pup treats. And all the Associates are friendly and helpful.

We just had our living room, kitchen, and Foyer measured by Mark Short from the home Depot. Mark was very professional, thorough, and nice to work with. Great attention to detail and again very professional. Thank you home depot measurement service team.

One of the worst store layouts. It is a maze to find what you need and there is never any help to find what you need. They never update invintory so you come thing they have what you need but they don't. The pro I waited in line at the pro service desk and I walked up because I was next and the lady looks away from me and says who is next as if she can't see me and the lady neglected all 4 the guys in line for 1 guy that made a new line of his own. That got there way later than all of us.

Electrical department is hidden and an employee confirmed - THERE IS NO SIGN AS TO WHERE IT IS! 1. I had trouble finding the WELL HIDDEN electrical dept. 2. I had trouble finding what I needed. 3. There was no help around - as usual. 4. I COULD NOT FIND ELECTRICAL TAPE! 5. When checking out, the cashier left his station to go find something for the customer in front of me... 6. So I went to self service, had a hard time, and the "help" saw me struggling but kept talking to his buddy. I only go to Home Depot for emergency parts. This was one of those times. I had a hard time finding the parts I needed (and finally did) and then I couldn't find electrical tape! A few years ago I learned the easiest way to shop at Home Depot is to go find the stuff you need, then while in the store, order it from Amazon. Much less frustrating - and most time a lot less expensive, too.
