I cannot begin to express my disappointment and frustration enough. I will give you the short version and expect a call back to remedy this situation. I purchased the Samsung Bundle from your Memorial Weekend sale (Family Hub refrigerator, stove, dish washer and microwave). $4400 in total with installation and extra parts suggested. Installers started by removing my existing appliances. First he broke the ball valve that connects the water to my refrigerator. Water began leaking all over the floor and into the wall. Then he called me over where he was pulling out the dishwasher to show me that he had broken my granite counter top because the dishwasher was too tall. He could have just adjusted the height adjustment at the bottom. I helped him pull the remainder of it out since the piece of counter top was now broken. Then he pointed out that he could not continue with the removal because my dishwasher was hard wired and not plugged in to an outlet. I cut the electrical wires and safely wrapped them with wire nuts and electrical tape. Then he said I do not have a way to connect the dishwasher to water. Next he couldn't install the microwave because the mounting bolts that the unit came with were too short. They're professional installers but do not carry any parts knowing that kitchens can very. I ran out to The Home Depot to get a ball valve for the one he broke and a hot water T-valve for the dishwasher. On my way back home is when he called me to let me know that he could not install the microwave. After arriving back home he showed me the why he couldn't install it and left to his other installation assignment. His manager called me and said he will come back to finish installing my new refrigerator water line and dishwasher. Now I have to purchase longer bolts for my microwave and they will come back on Saturday to finish installing it. By the way ,I will have to miss my grandson's( first birthday )party to be home for this installation. So now I'm left with a broke granite counter top , no microwave and zero clue how to use these appliances. I do not understand why The Home Depot is in the installation business and decides to call themselves Basic Installers. This is to protect themselves from having to be the best or even wanting to. All I know is when I paid $4400 including my installation fees , the sales associate never warned me that I was getting (Can't Do) installers. I have always looked at The Home Depot as professionals with unbeatable know how experience. Now ,that is all gone and I will make sure my large network of family and friends hear about my horrible experience. The excitement of getting all new appliances has turned sour.

This Home Depot has become my closest one recently, and for the most part, when you are there, the staff takes good care of you. However, they seem to be understaffed and I can't get through to speak to anyone on the phone on a Tuesday night at 8:30 PM. I tried three times over a 15 minute period . and the phone just kept ringing and ringing... Disappointing, and frustrating.

Did some research for 5 gallon paint buckets and home depot was having an amazing sale that I couldn't pass up to redo my walls before my new future is delivered. Made my way out here to only find the princess didn't match the website. I sone to an associate, Linda, who indicated that if it's an online sale, they won't honor it, but the site didn't specify that. She looked on their store website and it also was showingfull price. I went on my phone went through their website and confirmed a far less expensive price. Linda contacted manager and they said that they were not going to honor the sale price. Linda then reach out to their DM and recieved the same response. Upset and frustrated Linda asked me to hold on and she spoke to the manager once more and convinced him/her to honor the price because all the tine I took to research and drive my way out there!!! She is an amazing associate!!! She was friendly and went up to bat for me. Most associates would not have gone to even the first step. So a big THANK YOU to Linda!!! Thanks Linda for taking the time and helping me find exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay.

I love Home Depot in general but this location is hit or miss (miss most recently). Some days, the staff are incredibly helpful. Other days, I'm not sure why they even bother showing up to work. Today I had an appointment with Martin to discuss replacing our French patio doors. He called me this morning and asked if I could reschedule because he had a doctor's appointment. I'm pretty easygoing and I work from home so I agreed to meet him earlier. I arrived at the agreed upon time and asked for him. One of the other ladies told me where to find him. When I arrived in his area, he was with another customer so I took a seat on the other side of where he was sitting. I waited for roughly 10 minutes and at no time did Martin acknowledge my presence. I left and called management who was pretty uncaring and made excuses that Martin was the only one working in the department today. Seriously?! It would've taken him 2 minutes to acknowledge that I was there and that he'd be with me when he was done (and apologize since I arrived early to accommodate his schedule). And ask if I was okay with waiting or would I mind rescheduling with apologies for the inconvenience. I shouldn't have to tell management what constitutes an appropriate reaction in this scenario. I'm a nurse and if I ignored a patient I'd probably lose my license as well as my job. I hope Martin doesn't get treated at his doctor's appointment the way he treated me.

It's Home Depot so they are a standard store. Just felt the need to write this after such a wait in the paint dept. Waited 20 mins after placing an order then when my wife goes to check on it our quart of paint is sitting on the counter NOT mixed. Hadn't even started.

Home Depot does not honor Veterans discounts on their online orders. Much of their merchandise is online only. We live in an area with many military /veterans. We think they should rethink this policy. Took our business to Lowe's.

In the consumer hustle world of selling, I'm constantly amazed and pleasantly surprised by upstanding customer service! Recently, Dave in department #28, sincerely shared his wealth of knowledge with me and assisted me on making the perfect decision for my home project! He was patient, kind, and professional! I'm so grateful for individuals like him! Also Mike in the paint department is equally professional and knowledgeable! In the business of selling without integrity, this Home Depot is an exception. Highly recommend!

We just bought a home in the area so we've been buying a lot of things here, from flooring, appliances, landscaping. Every time we encounter a cashier they're old, and it seems like they dont know what they're doing. It's always the older or disabled cashiers that make a fast trip take longer than it should. This home depot needs to update younger faster cashiers and less annoying. The cart attendant is very creepy and rude, he walks around with his hood up and stalks me down for my cart and hoovers over me as i put things away in my car. I'll be shopping at lowes for the rest of our renovations, i cashiered there and was able to make peoples visits fast and friendly.
