I came in a few weeks ago for an oil change. The process was very smooth and the people were friendly; however, they left the cap off, and a lot of oil spilled inside my engine. I came in again and they were super nice in cleaning out the engine and refilling the oil at no extra charge. But my engine has not stopped leaking oil since. My vehicle had 50k miles on it and was in very good condition with regular maintenance before this oil change, so this experience was stressful and saddening. I will be going to the dealer to get my vehicle checked out to ensure it is okay.

I had to wait about 5 plus hours. Which I know they had to order my part.
My part got there, late and they had to fix the Caliper for the brake fluid to stay in.
The wait didn’t t other me, it was just being left in the dark. Didn’t really give me updates til the end. It would’ve been nice to have been updated throughout the whole time so I’m just not sitting there wondering what’s going on.
Other than that the guy whole helped me was super amazing, and helpful. Again just told him for future reference if people are waiting that long give them updates :)

The employees were great. However, $90 for an oil change is just too much. I will not be coming back. Please spare me any lectures about the increased cost of living. Many of us in Oceanside live in communities where we are not permitted to change our own oil.

Quick and easy oil change service. Associates very welcoming and pleasant.
04-13-2024 went over to get oil change over. Very polite associates. It took all but about 15-20 minutes after check in.

Came here to say to get an oil change. Got home found out the truck was leaking oil the oil pan screw wasn’t tightened properly I had to do it myself. Called customer care they got me in contact with the assistant manager she made an appointment to look at my truck. Another person came by with her he had me go to another location to get it looked at. The other location said the filter wasn’t on properly either and they had pinched the gasket which was causing that to leak all over. Told them I needed my paver driveway cleaned nothing has been done about the damage to my driveway because of the negligence on jiffy lubes part.

Very disappointed with this location. They used to be nice, professional and did the job right. I got an oil change a couple of days ago. The workers were young not professional laughing and playing around. Look like they are just out of high school. When I asked about transmission fluid placement the girl looked like she didn't know what that was. When the mechanic went to look it looked like he didn't know where it was. I told them just to do the oil change and pass on transmission fluid. They did the oil change. I went somewhere else for the transmission fluid. Other place did an inspection and said that my car is leaking oil and that my car needs break fluid replacement. I just "got" the break fluid replaced from Jiffy lube on my last oil change (6 months ago). So they didn't replace it at all or did a half a** job. Not the oil problem is going to cost me $400 to fix. Will be looking for a new place to get my oil changed now
