“I recently brought a dress and a coat into Ritz for dry cleaning this weekend. When I picked it up and got home, I realized I forgot to ask if they could replace a missing button that kept popping off (maybe the round shape of it?). While looking at my dress, I realized they had replaced it with a button that was the same wine red color as my dress, which I very much appreciated! It was also a flat normal button which I’m hoping doesn’t come off as much as the smooth, round fabric button from the designer.
I also had brought them a pair of fleece pants to have altered. I should have just given it to Ritz, when I dropped off my dry cleaning. It wasn’t a rush. They said if I’m in a rush, they sent it to nearby Alteration Studios, which could have a next day turnaround. It was only $3 more to have Ritz bring it to them, but the pants wouldn’t have ready for 4 days (directly). It would have saved me an extra trip if I had paid $3 extra and left it with Ritz Cleaners.
They also did a great job getting off all the white colored dog hair off my blue wool coat that my dog spilled peanut butter sauce on.

“KAREN WAS OUTSTANDING! Our washer went out over the weekend, and we had to wait until Tuesday for parts. I had the company pick up from my front porch, & I picked up myself on Sunday since they don’t offer delivery Sundays. Karen went above and beyond, she loaded my bags in the bin, pushed it out to my car for me and she loaded the back. My hands were full with my baby & she was so kind and helpful. Thank you Karen!!!!”
“I went on a Tuesday during lunch and everything was open. The coin dispense only breaks 10 or 20's. Normal washing cycle. Great place. Very clean. Outstanding location.”

“This was my first time coming to a laundry mat. It was very clean on the inside and the machines looked brand new. It was very easy to navigate. There are vending machines with products in case you forget anything. There are TV’s and wifi available in case you have to wait.
Only note - I would recommend to pay with coins instead of card as some of the prices listed on the machine didn’t match with what I was charged.”

“Plaza Del Oro Cleaners are simply the best! We've been taking our dry cleaning, drapes and alterations to them for three years. They get everything spotless and smelling great while taking care of delicate fabrics. I have odd measurements and take all my pants, shirts, and suit coats to them for alterations. They always make my clothes fit perfect with excellent quality stitching that's even better than the factory. I'd give them more than five stars if I could!”
“This place is what it is... honestly, it's the best place in town as far as laundry mats go. It's open all night, the machines all work and it's not that dirty. The homeless community are harmless. They are just looking for a place to go and they have never bothered me.”
“Lots of choices to choose from. Industrial washer, top washers, small industrial washers, and giant dryers . Lots of laundry will be easy here. Personally I had 3 loads, didn't see the big industrial washer and paid 350 per washer. Where is 8 for the big washer. Dryers worked really well.”

“About six years ago, my friend and I hosted an engagement party for my daughter. She had her dress altered here and asked me to pick it up before closing the day before the party. Of course, in the chaos of party prep, I completely forgot—and realized it after 5 pm when the store was already closed. I panicked.
I looked through the window and saw the husband and wife sitting in the back of the shop. I ran around to the back and practically begged them to let me get the dress. They were unbelievably kind and opened up just so I could pick it up after closing.
Thanks to them, my daughter had her dress, the party was beautiful, and a potential disaster was avoided. I will always be grateful for their compassion and understanding. This is the kind of kindness you never forget. Highly recommended!”
