Every time I go to the exchange I have the worst experience with customer service. You’d think they’d make it a more pleasant experience for active duty but you’d be mistaken. For example, my wife buys me a pair a shoes. Brings them home I try them on (standing in the same spot) and they are to narrow. I go to the exchange to get a different pair and lo and behold they cannot accept them for an exchange because they are dirty and worn.

I like going to this Marine Corps Exchange because it is close to where I live and is in a convenient location for me. It has a large selection on items in the store for what most people need and want. There is a barbershop, GNC, Jersey Mikes, military clothing, military apparel, altercations, and dry cleaner, to name a few. It is only for those with approved identification cards as you have to show it to buy anything. This is because these items are not taxed. However, there is a problem with all of the items they sell being properly labeled with their price.
