BIG PLACE Good Squeegees with With Clean WATER G & M on Oceanside Blvd has them but they're torn up and water is dirty.

This is a gas station. Hopefully you've been to one before. They have a selection of other items inside like snacks and drinks. If this comes as a shock to you then you must be brand new to this country. There was no wait due to the high gas prices.
