The manager Ms. Renata M. provide perfect service to me. She is professional, nice and friendly. Beautiful Ms. Mary also service customers with patient and provide wonderful service to us. We are appreciated their service.

I purchased glasses for $250. less than 2 months later it was discovered that a lens came out (& was lost) because the screw holding the frame closed around the lense came loose. Management said the only way they could help me is if I gave them another $250. True story

Mary is awesome! She's so helpful, friendly, stylish, and exceptionally nice! Mary went above and beyond with helping me pick out my frames, figuring out my insurance coverage, and giving me my glasses when they were ready. She even made me a beautiful hair flower, since we both wear those. My only regret is not asking to friend her on social media. Go to Walmart Vision Center on Jefferson and see Mary for all your Vision needs.. She's top notch! (Oh, and my glasses were perfect when I received them)

Worst place ever! I made my appointment here a few weeks ago for an eye dilation because I am getting Lasik surgery with NVISION Eye Center (whom they work with), so I wouldn't have to travel to La Jolla just for an eye dilation. A little backstory, our family has one vehicle and my husband works, so he has it all day. I have two young children, one with special needs and our schedule is very busy. So anyway, I came in for my appointment today. I filled out all of the forms, and was pre-screened. Then I waited patiently for the Doctor to show up. When he got there he was looking at my paperwork, and didn't seem to know what was going on. (That should have been my first clue that things would go downhill from there!) He looked at the orders and told me we might not be able to do that specific type of dilation here. Of course I was upset, and the Doctor said he would have an associate contact my eye surgeon to see if they had to have that specific dilation. As you can probably guess, NVISION stated they needed that specific dilation done. The Doctor came back to tell me that they couldn't do the dilation because they were "out of stock" on the drops. I then told him, "I made this appointment 2 weeks ago, why do you wait to tell me this now?" He then tried to turn it around on NVISION and say that they requested the basic dilation and then changed it last minute. So, I called my patient coordinator at NVISION and told her what they told me. She said that was not true, they always require that specific dilation for Lasik. In the meantime, the Doctor had me waiting for an associate to see if they could find a Walmart near me that had the dilation drops in stock so I could try to coordinate another appointment for the dilation. I eventually overhear the associates talking about how they called the other Oceanside Wal Mart and they were out of stock as well and the next location that could do it was somewhere near Orange County. I was so upset I had to leave. I called NVISION and they were in shock, they offered me an Uber and anytime tomorrow to do the dilation, but I told her I have a 2 yr old so I probably couldn't make it out without my husband having to miss work. She understood. I told her I would let her know. Soon after I get a call from a Wal Mart Vision associate named John, and he said they were able to find a Walmart near me that had the drops and acted like he was doing me a favor. Really? He then said "I don't know if they take your insurance though." I told him they are not billing my insurance, they are billing NVISION, which he should have known already, considering the fact their office has NVISION posters all over their lobby! I just hung up after that. These clowns do not know how to run an office or know what is going on, including their Doctor! So, instead of trying to get another appointment with another Wal Mart and run into the same level of incompetence, I rescheduled my son's therapy and my husband will now be late to work tomorrow because I am just going to go to NVISION La Jolla, where they actually know what they are doing and how to treat their patients! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

I'm on vacation in the USA & my glasses broke.The manager & staff came to my rescue. Their service was incredible, friendly & polite.A great experience. You guys are so lucky to have this team working for you.Huge thank you & good Health to entire staff @ 2100 Vista branch.

Hadn't gone to this Walmart for an eye exam before as I used to live in SD but the staff were so nice and patience and professional! You can tell they are working over time but it's not affecting their customer service! Very happy with my visit

Just got done with an eye exam! Dr. Tran was super friendly and was even understanding when I had to bring in my 1 year old son. Markeita was super helpful with setting up my appointment and checking me out! She was super sweet and professional!!

I just moved to Oceanside and I was getting all new doctors. In my efforts in searching for a new optometrist, I checked out my health insurance website and simply put in my address and the Walmart Vision Center was the closest to me. I didn't want to travel far for an annual eye exam so the Walmart Vision Center was just fine. I was able to make an appointment over the phone easily and then had to reschedule my appointment over the phone, and easily as well. They sent me a text the day before to remind me of my appointment. Upon arrival, I had to fill out some initial paperwork and show my Eyemed/health insurance card. I was a little bit early and they took me right away. I was very excited because I'm very impatient when I have to wait, especially at a doctors appointment. I was escorted down the hallway into a back room and the assistant tested my eyes quickly. She told me the doctor would be right in. Moments later, Dr. George Bradford arrived and took me into another room farther down the hallway. We ran through a series of different eye tests, the basic ones. I had a few concerns that I addressed to him and he explained everything in detail. He told me there was nothing to be concerned about but if I didn't already have glasses he would recommend I get some. He also gave me a few samples of eyedrops which I always need because my eyes get extremely dry especially with all the travel I do. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes which I really appreciated. He left me with a prescription for new lenses, but I feel comfortable with the glasses I already have. If my eyes feel more strained I will take the recommendation and prescription and advance myself to a higher lens. Overall, the experience was fine and I'm glad I went. The only thing I would comment on is I didn't feel 100% comfortable walking down a long hallway and being placed in a room by myself. It felt a little bit odd, with no disrespect to anyone who works there, I would recommend maybe moving the room closer to the lobby and general area. There was something that made me feel put off being so far away.

I searched for a place to get an eye exam around town and after no luck getting an appointment within the month I came here and they had me an appointment the next day! Great friendly service and a great doctor!

My experience is Awesome Dr Bradford and Dr Joseph are helpful, nice, The staff Holly, Penny, Veronica have Great Patient Service, Friendly, kind answered all my questions double checked my insurance, I got my appointment quick and always take care of me if I have a emergency with my contacts or eyeglasses the best part is I received my contacts in the mail less than 5 days .. Thank you all

All day glasses options were of LOW QUALITY. The customer service was UNFRIENDLY and not helpful at all. I would not recommend going here and there are so many other choices. There are some discounted prices but not on anything stylish. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

As with any vision center, you get pushy employees. I have insurance but after an eye exam with a friendly optometrist, an employee did not know what my insurance would charge then referred me to the store manager who informed me of a staggering over $300 for my prescription lenses. When I called later to cancel the order, she suddenly realized the real cost would be closer to $180 so I said yes, requesting the glasses would be shipped before I left for the summer. Needless to say my glasses have not arrived yet. Avoid this place.

I went into this store yesterday with my kids. I was waiting for assistance with the spray paint case and Joseph was not in charge of that dept. but kindly offered to go get the key for the case. Then asked me if I needed help with anything else. I had a special light bulb I was looking for. Instead of just telling me the aisle he took me and helped me pick out just what I needed. Thank you Joseph for all your help. Will definitely recommend this Walmart.
