We've been having North County Auto perform the majority of services on our Nissan Frontier fleet for over 5 years. Most recently six of our trucks required a 5 YR / 50K service. You aren't going to find the lowest price, but you get what you pay for. Our team is often out in high heat, low temperatures, mountainous terrain with fleet miles driven totaling as much as 190K a year. The trucks are our lifeline and it is critical that they are running flawlessly. Mike, Rex and their team of service technicians always provide us with quality parts and a high level of professional service. On behalf of KP Environmental, I wanted to say thank you to you all!

Appointment set up was easy & timely, friendly owner and staff. They were honest and fixed only what needed to be fixed. I will definitely bring my vehicles here again for service!

We stopped in to get an oil change and we're told that we need to make an appointment. Mate 1 for next week at 11:00 we showed up at 11:00 and we had two people ask us while you're leaving it aren't you know I brought a book to read. Then we're told oh you have to be here at 8:00 a.m. if you want to wait otherwise you need to leave your vehicle why weren't we told that?
We left my husband did it himself. And I wouldn't suggest going here

North County took my daughters car on short notice, Rex assured me that he would do a detailed inspection understanding i lived on the other side of the country so that my daughters car is well taken care of. They addressed everything that was needed to be done at fair prices and completed the job at the time that was promised, thanks Rex and Mike

It’s rare to find ANY shop that has a 4.7 star in reviews…but now I know why. These guys go above and beyond. This is my second time going to North County Auto Service, so I know the first amazing experience wasn’t a fluke. I would scream my praise from the rooftop if I wasn’t afraid of heights, so here I am on google. As a woman bringing a car into a shop, with some knowledge but not a ton, I always felt like shops try to charge or sell shit not needed, (like “premium air” for tires). They even partially refunded me when something only took minutes instead of an hour on my first visit.
They communicated exactly what was going on with the car, price and estimated time frame would take. The owner even gave me a ride to a car rental place. I thought I was going to have to start taking weird pictures of my feet to afford the fixes…nope. They were well under what others charge and their service can’t be beat. You get better service for cheaper price. It’s a huge weight off my shoulders knowing I have a place that I trust and feel good about, when shit breaks. Thank you so much Mike and Rex! (And Pete too!)

The team at North County Auto Service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this shop if you need work done by honest people who just want you back on the road.
Rex is a straight shooter who helped me understand my cars needs and Mike made sure to follow up with a checking in text 2 days after, knowing we were from out of town and had a long drive home ahead of us.

Mike & Rex always take good care of my vehicles. My most recent trip was to fix the AC on my truck and they had it in and out in less than a day. I always trust that they're going to give me a fair price on what needs to be worked on and not try to up sell me a bunch of other work that doesn't need to be done.
