Hours: Oceanside's Pier is the west coast's longest wooden pier at 1,942 feet. It was first built in 1888 and the current pier opened in 1987 & is the sixth one built. The pier swim was established in 1929 and continues to this day on Labor Day. The Oceanside Pier is one the most photographed landmarks in San Diego County. The Pier is open from 4AM-10PM
