Ordered JK shocks showed as in stock. Received a email showing 3 to 4 week delivery time they never responded to emails or answered phone calls. After 4 weeks they returned money through pay pal. I will never make this mistake again. beware!!!

I placed an order on 3/20/2017 it's now 7/26/2017. The money left my account but no Shocks ever arrived. No one will answer the phone or return an email. I'm out $1282.60 to what does not appear to be a real company!

I purchased Shocks from this company on 3/20/2017 it is now 7/26/2017 the money was quick to leave my back account but no Shocks came. They will not answer the phone or return emails. I'm out $1282.60.

This is to OffRoadShock.com. This is a chance for you to make this right. This is a test. Business relies on these reviews, and I haven't left hardly a bad review unless deserved. THIS is deserved!!!! I placed an order with you in mid-December, 2016, with no indication of a back order whatsoever, and it was for over $1800 in front and rear shocks and 2 steering stabilizers. I received the rear shocks after 2 weeks. I received the front shocks 4 weeks later. I have called multiple times with no answers and no responding phone calls and lost intentions. Meanwhile they charged me in FULL the day of the order in mid December!!! Their reviews are horrendous. I will definitely add my input for SURE, depending on how they handle this. This is only the beginning if they don't make this right. I'm ready to drive to their warehouse to do these returns, but I am not going to waste any more of my time or money to do that. As it is, I will have to pay to have these heavy duty WRONG shocks returned at my expense, with no guarantee of a refund. I haven't even received both of my steering stabilizers... and it's been over 9 weeks since ordered! The owner wouldn't even take my call, today or after previous numerous attempts, and his main employees Jay and Tyler, told me they are the ONLY employees!!! It's a 3 man team that claims they can cover these orders. It's absurd!!!

Slow shipping.Had to call 3 times to get item to ship. They stated tracking # would be emailed. Ask for tracking # all 3 calls, never sent tracking #. Stated order got lost in the shuffle.
