“Travis and Jorge assessed my situation, gave me a reasonable estimate, and did the repairs efficiently. That would have been enough to earn a positive review, but they went above and beyond. Providing a full digital inspection report over my entire vehicle, updating me for each step of the labor involved via text, and explaining everything in detail on pick-up. If you're looking for a down-to-earth, hardworking mechanic, give them a shot. I enjoyed every bit of my business with them.

“Another shop told me I needed wheel bearings for my 2012 Mercedes E350. Called Laels' for an estimate and he told me to bring it in and he would do a diagnostic at no charge. He let me speak to his Mercedes tech, Orlando, who drove it, put it up on the lift and said I needed engine mounts. Long story short, I got the work down there and on the way home my wife was so excited she actually made me pull over so I could drive it. It felt like when it was new! So smooth. “We've been having North County Auto perform the majority of services on our Nissan Frontier fleet for over 5 years. Most recently six of our trucks required a 5 YR / 50K service. “I showed up at 4:30 on a Friday for an oil change, even though they close at 5. They took me right in. They had to stay late but they did not complain. Priced fair.Then I scheduled a tire rotation visit the next Saturday morning for 7:30. They opened on time, took my pickup straight in and had me back on the road in under 1 hour. Fair prices, happy service.”
“My experience was sooo good I had to jump on here and hype them up..the gentlemen working there were so kind and respectful. They really went above and beyond. I went in there like a total psycho having a panic attack about my car.. and they, not only reassured me, they worked with me on solutions. I will be forever grateful. We forget sometimes when we are at work or running errands that the folks on the other side of the cash register are people too.. we all have problems and times of crisis..its all in how you choose to deal with it..just being kind and treating people with dignity can go a long way for someone..you never know what people are going through so what does it hurt to give someone a break ..ya know..and they guys at jiffy lube were so cool it made my day.. thank you again jiffy lube guys..
