Staff is disgustingly rude. They walk in your way and get mad as if they weren’t the ones to just walk into you. They walk around watching you as if you’re stealing.

BEWARE of the DISCOUNT RACK and the DISCOUNT TAGS!!! Items are placed on the discount rack and charged at full price or with a smaller discount (if your lucky) at the register.Items are placed in the middle of a rack with at least four or five signs of discount around them...but they are full price. Somehow cashiers dont see the nonsense on this, and with a straight face will tell you how those items with discount signs all over, are full price. Very deceitful store. This store sales tactics are worse than fine print on coupons! Completely disappointed!

The people who work here are so kind and helpful. My girls and I come here often to grab our clothes and they can always find items that they like. We really appreciate too the help that the employees have given us to help us find sizes and also to help us check out. I recommend this shop for its cleanliness and customer service!

Went in to hopefully exchange a pair of pants without a receipt. The first young lady I spoke to was very kind and sweet in letting me know that was possible as the code on the pants can be tracked to show I did purchase before exchanging. When it came to checking out I get Mary (pregnant) which I’m not sure was her actual name as it was a hassle getting her name. So during checkout there was an issue in finding that I paid and Mary’s tone for whatever in explaining this was so off putting and rude I had to ask her if there was a problem as to why she was speaking in that way. She was so defensive that she just kept talking over me to the point I preferred to deal with another associate which apparently was the manager on duty . I don’t know what Mary’s problem was but there was no issue and she made it a problem. She needs a reality check and realize she works in customer service and the way to respond to people is with kindness and not so abrupt and angry. I’m assuming her pregnancy hormones were kicking in or maybe mad her baby daddy got her working long hours on her feet idk lol but again not my problem. This generation of young adults in customer service has become so distasteful and sad to say the least. Mary should know to leave her personal life at the door and learn to treat others as she would want to be treated.

Went in to return an online purchase. It was quick and painless. They do have a 30-day return policy. I had tags on the merchandise and my receipt, so this made it easy.I received a store credit on this day.The young ladies were nice & approachable. The store was clean and organized. Overall, it was a good visit.

Old Navy was a little messy and the sizes were sparse. The staff was nice and accommodating. They were able to special order the colors and sizes we needed. They were awesome!
