Went to get rain boots today Cause it’s down pouring Put them on quickly because my daughter’s shoes were soaking wet only to realize they were completely the same side foot when I got home And two completely different sizes , So I called them and they said they would look to find the other pair , I was very happy when they said they found the other pair only thing is I had to make it in by 8 PM I’m a new widow and have to barrow a car Luckily, I was able to use a car Only to get there and then be extremely rude about giving me any sort of discount For having to come all the way back I’ve gone here for years and this is not the first time they’ve been extremely rude … it wasn’t my fault. They marked the shoes wrong.

Soon as you walk into the store, the odor is overwhelming. I do believe the other review saying about mold and bed bugs.
As for the business, I find it to be predatory. They will only pay for about $10 for a huge bin full of toys in excellent condition and turn around and sell EACH toy for $6-10.
The prices are too high for second hand. You can find even cheaper on clearance at Carter’s or other store and get a totally brand new clothes.
Unfriendly staff on top of all this make it a 1 star for me.

It's a great place to find seasonal clothes for a good price. We like going at the beginning of summer and winter for bathing suits, sandals, and jackets. The toy sections is divided into types of toys which is super convenient.

This place is disgusting! I bought a bunch of clothes and shoes this weekend and the shoes had mold in them and the clothes were full of bedbugs.

CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR THE SELLING PROCESS RULES BEFORE YOU BRING YOUR ITEMS IN! This will save you a lot of time. There are strict rules for selling. Not really worth it.
Large selection of baby stuff at a somewhat reasonable price. You're probably just better off searching marketplace but for convenience it's worth the extra $5-10
The customer service is lacking but when you go in you'll understand why, it's a lot to deal with as an employee so I get it.

As a first time seller, the buying process is a big joke! I brought it almost brand new most weren’t even worn or worn one time and they bought 5 things. They didn’t give us a ticket with my name on it, when asked for it i told them i didn’t get one? Then they said i guess we could sue your ID umm okay? They also didn’t take my stroller and swing but the guy also didn’t know i was even selling the stroller and swing. Very confusing unorganized process! Also a very small store that seems to be constantly cluttered anything you are shopping!

As a new young mom who loves thrifting, i thought this place would be my new go to! I’ve been here a few times now with my baby and every time I go in, the ladies who work there are just not very friendly. I went in once to try to sell them a nice diaper bag but they have super strict rules and said the bag had to be in a bin and it just seems like too much of a hassle to be worth it, better to just donate it or sell online. Today I went in and bought a bunch of clothes and i’m carrying my baby and the lady sternly said they don’t have bags when I asked. Kinda a bummer that I had to carry a pile of clothes with my baby in hand through the parking lot. Anyway, if they were more friendly and kind about things I would not mind at all and would definitely be in there all the time but the attitude of the workers just really sucked.

In the past I have loved OUAC but today’s experience was mediocre. They have way too much to go through and the hangers are stuffed full with a lot of things that are not that nice or are too expensive. It felt like they had a little too much on the shelves that looked outdated or worn out that could be clearanced or not purchased in the first place to make it easier to look through things so that you can slide the hangers over without so much effort.

Love shopping here, the clothes are in great condition and for the most part are very reasonably priced. I’ve never sold clothes to this store so I can’t review that experience but as a buyer it’s 100% better than buying overpriced on Amazon, etc.

If i could give them 0 I would, One lady was so rude I wish I had her name but she was older and damn near had her chest fall out from her shirt that day. First a young man told me they would offer me 20 bucks for a bag full of new cloths Carters and others(tags still on)they try to hustle you! I told him no on selling the cloths but I also had blankets and ask how much could I get for the blankets, the same nasty attitude lady came up and interrupted said we already deleted you off the computer,so... I cant give you a price...Definitely not worth it, oh on top of that to evaluate your cloths they take 2 hours be sure to have everything you came in with and if you don't go same day to pick up they will automatically give you store credit. Not ever going back! Just on that damn lady's customer service alone.

I love to shop here. I am a frugal & a first time grandma. I bought many items for my daughter & baby. My daughter is just as frugal as I am, so she has zero issues with ẗhrifting. I have to be mindful & not buy everything I see! They have so many clothes! I stocked baby A. up with lots of clothes. I purchase only-I do not drop off clothes. My only issue is that the store is stuffed! They need a bigger store. I sure hope that someone buys this franchise-I would if I could.

Absolute scam! They take the value of whatever and offer a dime for easily great quality, high value items. They stole 2 halo sleep sacks from me. They want you to drop your stuff off in a tote, they give you a ticket and text you 3 hours later to offer you 20 dollars for 50+ pieces of clothing. They sneak and take the expensive stuff and then cover it up and say that you never brought it in. Absolute scam!

This place obviously gives you Pennie’s. But what’s beyond me is the owner and her sales associates who have a huge attitude. They are trying to sell the store and I can see why because they are terrible at customer service. First time I came in she asked if I had sold her before I had issues with my ID and had to come back that was no problem and then she told me that the clothes could not be touching the toys. I was a little perturbed, but it was fine. they took probably four or five toys and offered me $14. The second time I came in with two reusable totes full of clothes and toys and the girl working there asked me if I had sold there before and I said yes and she said well we don’t take things in bags. They have to be in bins, which is never disclosed to me anywhere nor is it on their website or anywhere to be found and I said that’s fine. I will just take it to Goodwill because this is a waste of time. I honestly would not recommend this place. The girl that was working today was beyond rude and not accommodating at all it smells nasty in there like dirty diapers and I just would avoid it.

Lots of recycled clothing, shoes, books, toys for kids. You can donate things your kids are done with. Reduce. Reuse. Recycle!
