After a terribly creepy and coercive experience at Mattress Firm in Enc, we were hesitant to try another mattress store, and were delighted when we encountered Craig at Ortho Mattress off Vista Way. Craig was friendly, not pushy, and knowledgeable. Easy process and we got the mattress we needed.
