I was driving home on a trip and my engine started to run very rough. I happened to be driving by pep boys at the time so I pulled in to see if they would be able to help. They fit me in right away and went above and beyond to get my car running properly. Justin and James were a pleasure to work with, very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend for all of your automotive needs. They will take excellent care of you!

Biggest waste of my time ever. I made an appointment on Teusday may 7th, for my vehicle to be seen Thursday may 9th, I get to my appointment, for the man at the front "Jose" to tell me he "texted me at 0800" essentially, this location and all technicians are incapable of making a diagnostic. So I wasted my gas, time, and money going to this place for nothing.

Rude, and incompetent customer service. They escorted me confidently, to the incorrect item that I came specifically for and then at checkout I had to ask for a bag for my several items. Idiocracy, is not simply a movie.. It is a forewarning documentary, that we are being able to presently witness, play out first-hand... Smh

Jose and team are amazing. Went in for brake pads due to squeaking and diagnosed as the rotors. Pads are good. Only charged me for the rotor resurfacing and no need to change the pads. Love how honest and knowledgable they are.

Came in to get my brakes checked because of the weird noises they were making and I'm so glad I chose this Pep Boys! As someone who doesn't know much about cars it's always a bit intimidating/worrisome taking my car in places because I never know if they're being honest and transparent. Justin at the front was so so friendly! I didn't get the mechanic's name who worked on my car but he was also extremely nice and personable. For sure will be coming back here for any future needs

I'm very happy with the service I got from these guys very friendly and personable. I was actually late for my appointment and they still got me in and finished very quickly. I will be going here rather than any other shop from now on, all my tires and brake work And minor repairs will be done here. I would suggest this Pep Boys to any of my friends or family. I got my brakes and rotors front and back done for a great price!! Thanks guys!!!

I had the front and rear differential fluid change. Then I gotta greet deal compared to the dealer and service was excellent and they did it within 1 hour. I was very impressed I strongly recommend this pep boy's location

I'm very grateful for my experience at this store after having a horrible issue at the other local pep boys. Jose, Angel and Justin all demonstrated patience and high ethical standards. It is very intimidating as a woman to walk into an auto body shop but I fully trust this group. I highly recommend this store over the other Oceanside store.

Awesome service, management is great. Very helpful. I had a very stressful time with management at a different location with my tires. Unfortunately had to cancel my order with the other people after a week of waiting. Came to this location (mission ave) and my lord, it was the best decision I could've made. They got me all situated and even got a better price. Thank you guys once again!!!
