Our vet recommended that we get a new prescription food instead of the one we were using. Bought the first bag at this petco, using my prescription card- no problem. The next time (same location) I came in to buy him more, the cashier refused to sell it to me because the names on the bag were different than the old stuff. Even after explaining what our vet told us, and that buying his old food would upset his stomach, she told me that I still couldn’t buy it without the right prescription card. Their vet side was already closed, so I ended up leaving this to go to a different petco and was able to buy his food there without any issue. Couldn’t get her name as she didn’t have a tag on, but it was alot of hassle and frustration for no reason.

So disappointed! We made an appointment in this location only to find out on the day of our appointment that our pup cannot be seen due to heart murmur. We have been going to PETCO in a different location but no one said anything about our pup not welcome to get his grooming done In PETCO because of his heart murmur. What a shame to discriminate our dog!

I would like to complement Petco for having such a great puppy training class!
I have been taking my puppy there now since November and we just LOVE working with Laurie.
She is such a knowledgeable trainer and always has great ideas to help me be a successful dog partner.
We have a pretty wild girl but she loves her Aunt Laurie and is so well behaved for her.
Laurie has lots of patience with both of us.
I'm not sure who gives her more grief but I suspect it's me.
She works so well with all the dogs.
We will continue to attend classes until we get kicked out...hahaha
We just signed up for our 4th package and it's a real hoot.
If you get a new puppy I highly recommend you check out Laurie!

Found exactly what I was looking for and then some. The young man who showed me where the products I was looking for walked me over to the section - I thought that was pretty amazing considering most retail stores today barely offer any level of customer service - so well done!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They went above and beyond for my dog Jake..he needed surgery and Dr. Rodriguez and Anita and staff were just awesome.. kept us up to date on everything and he came out like a champ. Thank you soooo much.

I tried returning something that made my dog sick/allergic reaction but didn't have the receipt. The Caucasian boy wearing a mask at the register and the middle aged Hispanic woman were so rude to me and very dismissive. Btw, They don't even know their inventory or what products they sell. Super disrespect, unhelpful jerks. Petco in general is a terrible store and I don't normally shop there or buy anything there unless I have to. I'll be sticking g with Petsmart. So here's a tip for you, BE NICE TO CUSTOMERS AND MAYBE THEY WOULD SHOP THERE! You really have nothing else going for you as a store, so work on the customer service that does not exist here. JUST BE NICE - IT'S NOT THAT HARD! Petco will be the next company to go bankrupt! Ugh, horrible people!

Everytime I go, the staff has been very friendly and welcoming. It's a very clean and organized store. All the habitats are always clean, which I'm grateful for (little critters/animals deserve clean homes).
