Dominic and the other employees here helped my wife and I ship a package to our family for Christmas today and was helpful, fast, and knowledgeable. Dominic showed us different options from UPS, postal service, and FedEx, so we could get it delivered before Christmas but without breaking the bank. It was our first time at this store, but we will definitely come back again.

I have a mail box there so I can gey my disability check. I Should of received it saturday and today is Tuesday and still nothing. They said they had received the mail for today but would take 2 hrs to put In mail box. I can't wait 2 hrs. I live 30 min away from this location. Really disappointed

Today I needed to get a package sent quickly to a new client. I’d had plenty of good experiences here at Postal Annex before, and tonight was no exception. Arriving a few minutes before close, I wasn’t sure if the doors would still be open, but Nicholas greeted me with a warm smile. As I worked to confirm details across time zones he waited patiently, getting everything ready to go so not a moment would be wasted. He helped me to find the best rates possible and get my package there even earlier than USPS would have. Nicholas, if you are reading this, you are freaking amazing my friend! Thank you for the company, the smiles, and the assistance. Oh, and Dominic? We can talk cars again while you’re cleaning up any time.
