Seems like this company like many (99.9%) of automotive shops in the states is ran by thugs or gang affiliated members(wannabes) due to their horrendous customer service. Their customer service and attitude is horrible. I don’t understand how these businesses are still allowed to operate. Same here, PS2 turbo failed at a little over 10,000 miles. I recognize it was also over warranty period. I am not saying their turbos are bad, maybe I was just one of those unlucky customers to get a improperly manufactured turbo(s). However, these people don’t care about the customer feedback, they just want to sell you more of their products. Super disappointed with the American business culture. Other countries make our country and services look like shxt. Hope the Pure Turbo Team can have a shift in management and conduct proper training on customer service. In what manual or training in becoming a mechanic does it say to have shxt customer service and attitude towards your customers?

I'm not exactly sure what type of business these people are running. When you call, no one answers. When you leave a message, no one returns your call. (In my case, 4 messages) When you send an email, it takes them forever to respond; unless you're buying something and they received your order. I work for a small automotive shop and we used to promote this company to our clients. NOT ANYMORE!!!! I was working with their rep, wanted to place an order. He never got back to me. Called and emailed him and his partner Charles and nothing. I finally placed the order online and they failed to give me the wholesale price and no taxes due to being a business owner. I demanded a full refund which they agreed to, but then charged my account anyway. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Find another company to save yourself time, money, and a headache. Jimmy and Charles need to do better and/or the company needs to hire them help. Just ridiculous!!!!

Took my car to get worked on and decided to upgrade to pure1000 turbos. Turbos started smoking within 700 miles of being installed. Took my car to a different shop that specifically works on Gtr‘s to get engine inspected. Engine checked out good with no issues. Took the turbos out and sent them out to get inspected. Turns out the turbos had a lot of shaft play, so they rebuilt them. Not even 400 miles from being installed and the turbos failed again for the second damn time. Now the car is smoking. Definitely will not recommend these turbos to anyone. Especially the thousands of dollars that I have spent on labor fees. Now I’m waiting to hear back from them. Worst investment ever.

I purchased a turbo from these guys 11 March of 2022 to replace the one on my truck that had lasted about 140,000 miles. I spent over $2200. Two weeks ago, the turbo, with less than 7,000 miles on it, failed. I called the company to see if there was anything they could do. The warranty is 12 months. It's been 15 months. Their first response was to try to sell me another turbo. They were uninterested in discussing anything about why it failed and didn't offer any concessions to help me out. They were dismissive and couldn't care less. The manager wouldn't even talk to me on the phone. He relayed through his employee. Yeah, I get it...the turbo was out of warranty. I wasn't asking for a freebie. But their attitudes and disregard for the quality of products they send out the door is bad for business. I am surprised at all the positive reviews because the customer service and business ethics was non-existent in my interaction with them. Obviously, I won't be back. Buyers beware.

Purchased a turbo from the company a few months ago. Everything went as expected, but after a month with only a couple hundred miles, the turbo failed. I understand these things happen, and just wanted a replacement since the part is under warranty. Pure, however, will not provide a full replacement because they are now outsourcing some of their parts with Garrett. This process has been very frustrating when it is a clear manufacturer error. Will never use any of their parts in the future. The only reason why I am writing this review is to warn others who are considering using their services.

Concierge-like customer service. They saved the day during my time of need. I needed a turbo rebuild with a tight 5-day deadline from start to finish due to an unexpected repair coinciding with a shop-move and Pure Turbos came out in spades to get me out of the tight situation with days to spare. 1-day turnaround on a complete rebuild of my turbo. Shout-out to Jimmy and his Team, he was personally there every step of the way and super responsive from start to finish over both email and phone. Very friendly and technically knowledgeable with all things turbo-related. He went above and beyond to work and walkthrough with my master technician over the phone to diagnose the issue and come to a conclusion on what was needed. I will definitely be coming back!

8/15/22: Twin Turbo setup dropped off on Monday and received invoice. Estimated turn around time for one turbo was looking till next week Wednesday to Friday. Overall customer experience has been great so far. Will update once i receive my Turbos for my Z32 and will update again to let you know how their work turned out. Thank you.

Giving a single star not because of the product failure but for the deliberate action of ignoring a customer,Back story, purchase a stage 2 and had a long wait on the install due to being built around Christmas and waiting on parts etc,Understand the whole one year limited warranty regardless or miles, but when i stick less than 2000km on the turbo being turbo blowing smoke and for a company that has been highly praised it's a bit of a let down but thing happen,Talking to one of the rep was initially good and then came the holidays so chat was low and i waited after the holidays to continue the chat,tried following up and got nothing for weeks,a month follows and nothing, tried calling but was busy,I tried a fresh email to see what happens and next day i get a response,likely thought from my side is here is a problem which i don't want to deal with so we'll just set that aside, oh hey a new customer - replied !I don't know what is happening in the background so i can only see it from my view and this is what it looks like.Can't recommend this company anymore,Packaging and face of it build quality looked great,

I ordered a Pure 850 for my A91 Supra with Chris over the phone and he helped me through the whole process. From there it was just a waiting game. I was originally quoted about 8 weeks but due to part shortages it took 12 weeks which is completely understandable because there are shortages everywhere throughout the country. No big deal, I did not mind waiting at all. Anyways, Charles, Chuck, Chris and Jimmy all kept me all updated as to when parts were coming in and what the status of my Turbo was all the way up until it shipped! Needless to say, the turbo looks awesome and the spooling sounds out of this world. Overall, I was very happy with the turbo and their customer service! Thank you for your hard work guys!

This team is by far the best out there, they drive the machine to get us what we want and if you treat them kindly they will do the same. My Q50 gets the best and Pure is the just that.

By far worst experience with this company not once but twice they were unable to fulfill my order gave them 2 months given the shortages going fir them to tell me i had to wait another month . I decided to cancel order i had already sent my core in they said they would return it and its been a month and no core I have no doubt in my mind they used it to fulfill another order Vargas turbo was much quicker and more responsive then theses guys don't fall for the hype go with Vargas turbos

Good products no complaints there, just be a bit better with customer service. Have ordered multiple turbos from them, there response times are a bit slow but okay
