Staff and Management are wonderful here, breakfast is suffice waffles with yogurt good combo!Definitely would love it if they did biscuits and gravy with eggs and stuff but for what the price was here in southern California couldn't beat it !!Rooms: Smell goodBeds are clean and comfy enough for a rechargeTV could be better and smarter if you catch my drift, all in all local channels and HBO are a good compromise.Bathroom always presentable enough.Nearby activities: All the stores you can handle including recreational ? chilling as long as your older than 21 you're good to go. It's a green light good buddy for left handed cigarettes.Movies!!! Shops!!!! Animals!!!!! Legos!!!!! Catch my drift ⚓.Safety: Hotel is good and secure tons of cameras and on a major service road near restaurants and shops and corporate businesses so safety is tight and checked frequently!!!Walkability: Anita'soMexican restaurant is five minutes away from the hotel.Tacos on Tuesday night is killer for the munchies or something to eat with the kids. Very authentic and welcoming atmosphere in Anita's Mexican Restaurant ??Food & drinks: Orange juice comes with breakfast and of course coffee!Waffles are the main course would definitely love some biscuits and gravy with eggs but waffles are waffles!!! ?Noteworthy details: Plenty of space in the room, family of mine is in a wheelchair and they were quite comfortable when visiting or just coming through.Definitely a good enough hotel or for my international friends a hotel close enough to the San Diego and even closer to the beach ?️

Room was HUGE. Beds were super soft and comfortable. We had 8 pillows! Amazingly friendly staff and great breakfast.

Booked a room with a kitchenette due to family have food sensitivities and knowing I was going to cook meals every night to find out there was no supplies in the room. No pot and pan. No supplies of any kind. If I knew that I wouldn’t have paid extra for a kitchenette and would have gone to a different hotel. What a big disappointment.Rooms: Booked a room with a kitchenette due to family have food sensitivities and knowing I was going to cook meals every night to find out there was no supplies in the room. I have 3 starts just bc the staff were friendly but the rooms were little outdated, TV was like 24" screen, and their AC setup was a swamp cooler that took so many hours to cool the temperature down. Had trouble sleeping in hot summer humid heat.

Stayed for 3 nights and I really enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect for my needs (which isn’t too much) and it was close to restaurants and the base. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and i was able to extend my check out time with no problems or extra charges. I will say that the bedding could be better and replaced since i noticed some stains. Other than that it was perfect.

If I can give less than 1 star I would. The sofa bed didn’t have a mattress, any pillows, sheets, or blanket and none were in the room. Front desk said to talk to the manager in the morning!! Why claim you have a sofa bed in the room if you really don’t, extremely disappointing. Furthermore, no room service was done. it seems they forgot to do our room, no don’t disturb sign was on the door. They just basically didn’t service the room but marked it done according to the front desk lady. If you are going to charge me more than $200 a night then i expect a good room with good service, I got neither which is extremely disappointing and frustrating. Do not stay at this hotel

Hotel has been updated cheaply. Rooms are very clean - the smell of Lysol is very strong. Location is good. Internet is very poor. Breakfast is marginal.

Not sure how this gets 3 1/2 stars. One of the worst hotels I’ve been in. No carpet on the floors, only vinyl flooring, curtains torn, doors missing on closet, stained bedding. Wallpaper is peeling off, tried to turn off side lamp and it practically fell off the wall. Very noisy, could hear everyone in the hall and next door. Not sure about the breakfast, got there at 9:35 and they had locked the doors.Would definitely never stay here again.

Room 122 don't get its horrible. We have stayed on and off here over the past 10 plus years. Usually ok place. Probably needs a face lift inside soon. Really looking its age. Desk service was great ?

Rooms were ok. The floor is hard floor so it wasn’t mop and it was dirty, we had to wear shoes the whole time in the room. The beds that were suppose to be queens were more like full size. Towels had mold on them? Walls are thin so u can hear everything when people are in the hallway or the next room. Best thing about this is the location, it was nearby all major stores like winco, target, Burlington, etc so it was easy to grab supplies and head back to our room. They were quick about bringing me new items and staff was good. Overall, a 3/5.

Just don't.Smells bad, dark and dated rooms, resentful staff, ...There was a note on the breakfast room saying it had closed earlier. They could have called the rooms to announce that, instead of making people have to elsewhere for breakfast.

I have to do another post because it has become our chosen hotel when we do quick trips out there. Of course, everything I wrote for pros and cons still exists, but I think all this place needs is the company to allow them to do certain updates, and it would rank in the reviews. On our recent visit, we were able to grab the handicap room for my parents, so we got to experience the first floor finally. Yes, you can hear your upstairs guests if they are heavy footed or running [so if you can't stand that till quiet time just ask for 2nd floor] The room was perfect, spacious and my parents were very comfortable which is such a plus when we go on long trips. Yes, it needs upgrades, but again, it was a decent stay. The workers are also very nice and helpful. We will continue stay here.

Paid for the room but didn't stay. AC was completely broken, the sink had a piece of what I could assume was dog bone and the towel/shower had someone else's hair sitting right in clear view. Was not given a new room nor refunded because I checked in but did not enter; went to work, and returned to a room and therefore it was "used". I mean, it clearly had been, just not by me. Last hotel I stayed in had literal smack and needles sitting in the drawer but at least it was discreetly hidden, but the "Quality" Inn made zero attempt to even hide the filth. Gross. 0/0 stars.

Great Customer Service from front desk to housekeeping! Rachel was awesome! For the place, you get what you pay for. Room does have an unpleasant smell but good thing we got drier sheets so that fixed that problem.- Did not know I never finished this review but this was for 2021 Labor day visit!

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever had the displeasure of having to stay at. It smells. It's falling apart. It's dirty. It's on a gross busy frontage road. It has a tiny unappealing pool in an alleyway by the parking lot which I'd be afraid to use.
