BLEW OUT MY VEIN! I’m chronically ill and I have my blood drawn often for continuous testing, so I know the ropes. I have good veins so I’m usually an easy stick. The phlebotomist literally blew out my vein by lifting and and rearranging a butterfly needle while inside my vein. You don’t lift a butterfly needle. My arm was unusable for days and it’s been over a week now and it’s still purple and hurts to the touch. She then proceeded to drop blood samples ON THE FLOOR. absolutely horrifying, and I do not look forward to the next blood draw I have, and it certainly won’t be here. If the pain persists, I will have to visit a doctor.

Checked in and couldn’t find my order. Made me go to my car to get what the doctor wrote down because he didn’t want to look it up. Come back and he asks for my insurance card. It’s on file but I don’t have it. He refused service and told me I could come back for a walk in’s I to back to my car to get the insurance card and have to wait 30-60 minutes now because there’s no one at the front desk to help me. Beyond frustrated.

This place has replaced their receptionists with nonfunctional check in machines. Would not take my insurance and did not have a copy of my records.

I came in for a drug screen for my school and thankfully I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Vicki assisted me and was incredibly friendly and professional.

They could be nicer when you ask how much longer and you made an appt online which gives you priority, just a simple question and my experience wasn't great. They are usually behind FYI

There is no one at the front desk to help. I was trying to drop off a time-sensitive stool sample for my son and had to join the standby list just to drop it off. The sample needs to be run within 4 hours of collection and there’s no way to time when a child is going to poop to make an appointment in advance. Now I’ve been waiting for over an hour and am getting close to running out of time to drop off the sample. The manager states she can’t do anything and that I should talk to corporate. I’m going to end up having to get an entirely new collection kit and repeat this entire stool sample

Sometimes it’s good when you have an appointment sometimes it’s good when you just come as a walk in. When all the appointments are scheduled then your wait time as a walk in is unknown it could be 20 minutes all the way to 3 hours. Sometimes it’s good to just come as a walk in only if there are no appointments scheduled.

I don’t recommend for a child. The two phebotomist that drew the test for my child rushed the whole procedure. Disregarded the information I told them about my child being a hard stick, that usually he bruises easily after a poke so be gentle and take your time. Additionally, they lacked emotion because they didn’t even attempt to acknowledge that the child was being poked so rushing is not wise. Overall, as soon as I checked in for my appointment one of the phlebotomist had been talking to another patient letting them know that it would be more than an hour wait because “she’s the only one working”. I was dumbfounded by that statement. Unacceptable because there were many other patients who had been waiting for a very long time already. Customer service was just very poor.

They were great with my daughter. Easy to get a quick appointment, and they called us back exactly at her appointment time. Will definitely go back.

Scheduled an appointment at 9:20am. Got there on time and checked in on my phone while I was in the car, I then got a message to go inside. My name was called less than 5 min after. The staff was very polite and kind. I was out in less than 10 min, I love places with this automated kind of system.

This is an awful and insensitive location. This location closes at 4pm, We arrived at 3:45pm. When we walked in no one would check us in. We kept being ignored. I was patient and then they finally spoke to me to tell me they were closing. I brought my mom who is dying of cancer and just had a major brain surgery to take urinalysis. I understand if we came 5 mins before closing and need more than a urinalysis done, they would turn us away. We were there 15 mins before closing and ignored. The employees here have zero compassion. I’m so angry and so sad that my mom would be treated so badly. This means they treat other patients like this. It’s horrible to think about.
