We had moved out of state before we put the property on the market. So, there was a lot more work to do for us. She always pitched in no matter what we asked of her and with a fantastic attitude no less.
I have bought and sold a lot of properties at this point in my life. I can honestly say that I didn't even know this kind of knowedge and customer service existed (anymore, if ever).
She suggested we set our sales price at 30K over what another Realtor had suggested. It went on the market on Saturday and we had two contracts by Wednesday.
